I’ve tried on three different occasions to try this café out but each time it was either no one at the front of the store to take my order or I wasn’t acknowledged by the staff at all…. unfortunately it was the same gentleman each time. Please work on the customer service because it plays a huge role and keeps customers away. Three times is enough for me to see a pattern.

Paid 18$ for a cold croissant with cookie inside, and for a hard choclate chip cookie . Slightly lower than average quality way over priced. Costcos 3.50$ hot cookies are way better. Appart from eveything looking visually nice very disappointing experience. Should get a refund.

☕️ My twin sister and I tried the salted caramel latte. It was delicious!! 💫 Libby and Nate are super friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful!! A must try!!

Yesterday was my third time visiting, and I’ve never had any issues before. The cookies are really good, just a bit pricey. I was asking one of the staff members some questions about the cookies while she was taking down the name tags, this was about an hour and a half before closing, so I couldn’t tell which ones were which. When I asked, she gave me attitude and wasn’t able to tell me what kind of cookies they were, which was disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be coming back due to the poor customer service I received.

Came here and got 2 cookies to go, service was quick and friendly. The cookies were quite good, but the price was also pretty high. If you love a good cookie though, worth checking out.

I got the ButterTart Pecan Cookie today. It was very good. The young man with the glasses that helped me today was very kind and friendly. I came here about 6 weeks ago as well, and the young lady that helped me was kind as well. I have no complaints!

As someone who has more of a sweet tooth I totally had to check this place out. So far I have tasted the cookies and creams cookie and their new vanilla cupcakes edition. Very fresh and very tasty it definitely fills you. But importantly I am blown away by the staff service of everyone but especially from Nate. He always has a smile when I come by and you really feel valued. Definitely recommend this place.1000/10

I’ve had their cookies when they were a pop up store and when I found out they now have a permanent location, I exploded with cookie dough joy. The store is gorgeous, the pink and blue decor is adorable. The staff are absolutely lovely and they offer many sweet choices aside from just cookies. I also just discovered that they have a sampler pack. It’s four smaller cookies with a white and dark chocolate dip for only $7. Amazing! Also they’re locally owned and they bake everything from scratch. I’m all for supporting family owned local businesses. If you haven’t tried it and you have an insatiable sweet tooth, this is the place for you!
