I stopped by today because I wanted to grab a couple of cookies to take home and try. When I walked in, the employee did greet me, which I appreciated. However, after that they went right back to working and never asked if I needed help or what I wanted to order.
I waited for a few minutes because it looked like they were busy setting up, which is totally understandable. But while I was still waiting, another customer walked in and was immediately served before me, even though I had already been standing there patiently.
That felt pretty frustrating and honestly a bit dismissive as a customer. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. I was excited to try the cookies, but the experience made me decide otherwise.
Hopefully this was just an off moment, but it would be great if staff were a bit more mindful about helping customers in the order they arrive.

The sandwich was very tasty and well prepared. The atmosphere is not recommended at all. About 95% of the “clients” are young people who don’t consume anything and just go to sit down and take up the seats. There is a lot of noise, shouting, swearing and they eat snacks from Dollarama. Good luck to the owners with their sales! And the employees are chatting among them.

This spot is super cute, and the cookies look really pretty and delicious. I wasn’t in the mood for anything sweet, but I’ve been wanting to try the cafe for a while.
I paid 11$ for this tuna “melt” . I hope they get their sandwiches sorted out, because I honestly feel insulted.

More than just cookies, Coo.ookies with Us also makes the most delicious scones. Perfect sweetness, generous with the fruit and not too dense - these yummy, crumbly treats rival any in Ottawa!

We tried the cinamon buns and OMG they were melting in our mouth! All 6 buns were gone within two days.
We have also bought 6 tourtieres from the same place. They were also excellent. Not too dry and just enough spices. It was a success at our family gathering.
I would highly recommend cookies with us.
Can't wait to try yheir other products.

The cookies were delicious but please don't use that much plastics. There’re many others options to carry cookies without using plastic. Think of paper bag amongst other solutions.

I had a disappointing experience at Cookies With Us. We bought a cake that unfortunately did not seem fresh at all. The texture was very dry, lacked flavor, and you could clearly tell from the taste of the cream that it was not fresh. They might be good when it comes to their cookies (I haven’t tried them yet), but I definitely do not recommend the cake. Especially considering the price $13.99, which is far from cheap, the quality was not there.
