A bit disappointed as my eggs benedict was over boiled. I was never asked how i wanted it and i could have pinpointed it out but was too hungry so i just ate. Otherwise, usual Cora breakfast. Nicely plated dishes with fruits and lots of variety to choose from.

One of the BEST breakfasts EVER! Ordered a two person combo and the quantity and quality were unmatched. The home fries were mixed with sweet potatos which was tasty.
Our server, Brooke, was top notch. Always nearby and checking on our satisfaction, with a constant smile.
This location gets the highway recommendation from me.

Delicious and generously portioned breakfast, great iced cappuccino and excellent service from Brooke. We went early and were seated immediately.

Food was amazing as always, no complaints there, it’s consistently good every time I visit. Unfortunately, the service this time really brought the experience down. I understand bad days happen, but this was early in the day, and the overall attitude from our server and their helper felt very rushed and unwelcoming.
To be fair, many of the staff were nice, but our table didn’t get that same energy. We were a group of 8, very polite and patient, yet it felt like the service just wasn’t there in return. Atmosphere and food were solid, but service needs improvement to match the quality of the kitchen.

This was not the Cora’s we used to love. Everything about today’s visit was disappointing.
We waited almost an hour for four dishes, received food without cutlery, and had to ask for it ourselves. The table was dirty, we wiped it ourselves, and there was hair in the food. Service was extremely slow and the kitchen appeared completely disorganized.
Cora’s used to be our favorite Canadian restaurant. Sadly, this location has gone downhill badly. Very disappointing.

Our group consisted of myself along with some family friends. At certain points, we felt somewhat uncomfortable, particularly when a server was told she would face physical harm, which made us very uneasy. The environment initially felt welcoming and not off-putting, so we're uncertain about returning, at least without my family.

Heard a lot about Cora for breakfast. Today got a chance to visit.we went there for late breakfast but found out they started serving lunch early from 11:00 am.
We decided to go for the combos. I had the hearty soup and sandwich combo, which was fresh and satisfying. My husband went with the classic omelette, fruit, and toast combo. As always, the massive serving of fresh fruit is what sets Cora's apart—it's a huge, colorful pile of strawberries, melon, grapes, and more, making every plate feel like a feast! We also tried the peach and green apple lemonade, which was a nice, bright, and refreshing change.
The service was consistently fast and friendly, even during the lunch rush. If you're looking for a great atmosphere and a meal that is both hearty and healthy (thanks to all that fruit!), this is the place to go. It’s a reliable classic in Ottawa!

I think the food here is alright. I tried the dill pickle potatoes and wished it had more dill. The fruit was pretty good.
My server was very nice. She was very polite and nice to me. She checked up on me to make sure everything was good. She had everything for me right away. Thank you!

Just had breakfast at Cora eggs. home fries were cold toast was not toasted. Would not feed that to my dog.
I went in this morning to p/u breakfast. I chose the Veggie Scrambler. This is what's in it: Plant-based breakfast sausage patty, red and green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green onions, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, BBQ sauce and a cheesy and slightly spicy hollandaise sauce. Sounds good right? Wrong. I paid $24 and change for this breakfast and I have to say that it was not worth even $10. Everything was flavor less. Mostly potatoes. I omitted the BBQ sauce (it gives me heartburn) but I think what they relied on for the flavor was a spicy hollandaise sauce. Oh, and this was not hollandaise sauce, it was more like spicy mayo. And in terms of the plant-based patty, there was no patty at all other than a few, maybe 5 small pieces of what could have been the patty. Overall, this was an awful breakfast, and I was completely robbed this morning. Also, Cora's gives a pretty generous side of fruit, and I did not get that. I want my money back!!!!

I stopped in at Cora’s while waiting for my car to be repaired, and Brooke made the experience absolutely wonderful. Her service was outstanding — she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Even though the food was just okay, her hospitality more than made up for it. Brooke’s remarkable service turned an ordinary visit into a great one.
