I'm so glad that they have halal options for sausage and beef, just ask for it.

It's Cora's, it is good. Anything less than 5 stars from anyone would be attributable to an individual staff member or wait times, because they are as good as they are. This was a smaller location, not busy when we arrived & the food, as expected, was excellent.

Terrible experience at Cora

Went in expecting a nice meal and was completely let down. The food came out lukewarm, and my steak was actually cold. To make things worse, I found a hair in the food. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is a breakfast chain, not a fast-food joint—there’s no excuse for such poor quality and lack of hygiene. I didn’t even bother finishing my meal. If this is how they handle food during regular hours, I seriously question what’s happening in that kitchen.

Won’t be coming back. I’d suggest checking your plate closely if you decide to risk it.

Our server Cloud went above and beyond! Friendly, attentive, and kind. —and the rest of the staff were just as great. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the place was spotless. We’ll definitely be back!

A very unfortunate experience in July. We were a tired and hungry family that had just arrived in Beautiful Ottawa. My son and I have Celiac Disease; our diet is strictly gluten-free for our health. When asked if my son could opt out of Bread and asked for extra potatoes, the server said No in a rude way. He stated that Cora’s can not make that type of request. My son had one egg (for a teen), fruit and potatoes and was still very hungry. The restaurant could not guarantee that a GF toast could be made safely in the general toaster so he had a slice of cold GF bread.

I liked this branch because of it's location and food quality. Recently visited there, ordered a vegetarian skillet, restaurant served it in a plate using a clever way to mask the reduced portion of food, the taste of the dish wasn't as good as it used to. Really hope they fix this.

Service with the waitress and the atmosphere is still good.

I could not believe how costly Cora's has gotten for a few eggs, some pancakes and some coffee. Two simple breakfast platters, with coffee should not cost more than $50 with tip. On the positive side, our server was fantastic. Best part of the breakfast was the complementary fudge on our way out.
