I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The breakfast was incredibly tasty, the service was very quick, and efficient! I chose to sit at the bar and was served by the friendliest waitress (Dindi). She devoted a few moments of her time to have a positive interaction with me and some lovely light conversation despite being overwhelmed with a high number of customers! I'm so appreciative for the staff at this location for serving up great food and lovely service!!

The Pino bottle wasn't available as something to do with the fridges not working... but you could order by the glass but wait theres more..for an extra $20 you could order a premium bottle guess the fridges work when you pay extra ?! What ?!?! SMH TERRIBLE SERVICE

We walked into This place hungry. We were handed menus that were DISGUSTING they were sticky and had food crumbs. The floor was even more gross. We had a salad and chicken strips. The dressing for the salad looked gross. The salad was sad, like the chicken was dry and the fries were greasy. This was the only real eatery in the terminal. You should go to Tim Hortons instead

This is the only sit-down restaurant on the US side at YOW airport, and it does not disappoint. The service was great, with attentive and friendly staff making sure all needs were met. A perfect spot for a relaxed meal before your flight.

Service and atmosphere are nice. Pleasant place to kill some time.
Buuttt. The place is a third more expensive then other airport restaurants. That alone I can understand, since they're the only real restaurant in the international section of the airport, they kindof have the market cornered, and can charge what they want.
But what I can't understand is why the food is sooo disappointing. Like put in even a minimal amount of effort. Fries are clearly fried in oil that's gone a few weeks without being changed. Chicken has no (or minimal) seasoning.
Portion sizes on the smaller end too, but I could forgive that if the food was atleast mediocre.
Anyways. Cozy place, good service, but absolute trash food.
Kitchen was already closed at 6:30p, makes no sense

Their only vegetarian option is a Mediterranean salad and fries. Wouldn’t be so frustrated by this if there was literally any other place to eat after US customs besides Tim Hortons, which doesn’t even serve grilled cheese. Every one of their to-go sandwiches has meat in it. My family and I just wanted some decent food while we wait two hours for our delayed flight. I really wish they had a simple veggie burger :(
Vegetarian options: Hope you like salad because that’s their only “v” option marked on the menu. Big middle finger to vegetarians

Such a confusing and poorly thought out ... "restaurant." I'm not sure what they were attempting with this design, but it operates like a cafeteria and serves overpriced fast food. Our smoked meat poutine was fries w meat crumble.
