The only bar that somehow has bussin' haired zoomers at night and a good hang of old fellas in the day and evening, it is truly a community center where generations bond on their love of the best iced coffee in the city

I wouldn't write home about the flat white. The cafe crema is like a richer iced capp, but still too sweet.
This is a great spot to get a sandwich and a few drinks or some coffee. The prices are great for the amount you get.

Very generous portions, I got the smoked meat panini. I used to work in a very famous smoke meat restaurant in Montréal, let me tell you these guys get very good quality smoke meat, fat- meat ratio and flavour exceeded expectations. Very friendly waitress and service too. An overall very nice surprise
