This place is an unassuming gem in the middle of an industrial park. It’s everything you’d dream the perfect diner would have: warm, courteous service, hot coffee refilled as if by magic, and classic, delicious, homemade food. I hope they stay around forever.

Given the size and location of the place, I didn't expect to find the best Benedict I've had in a very long time here 😋 The only letdown was the coffee unfortunately, but everything else including the fruit was fresh! Our server was attentive, the food took a while but it's understandable given how busy they were and how fresh everything was

I love discovering diners like this, and Cozy’s happens to be conveniently located just across the street from my mechanic. So, when I went in for an oil change, I decided to walk over for breakfast and see what the place was like. The coffee was exactly what you’d expect from a classic diner—comforting and straightforward.
The food arrived quickly and was freshly prepared, and the staff served everything with a genuine smile. It’s the kind of place that’s hard not to like. My only small gripe was that the hamburger patty served with my meal came from a frozen packet—it would have been nice to have it freshly made, but that’s really just me nitpicking. Next time, I’m definitely going to try the smoked meat!

This place is cute. Wanted a greasy spoon with quick and easy service for breakfast with my toddler and my parents this morning. The server was an angel, and the other staff members were so accomodating. My two year old had an epic meltdown (as they do) and the server brought out a bowl of fruit immediately (unprompted!) and another staff member offered him Halloween candy. Super nice people. Clientele was also very friendly. Food was good and portions sizes quite large as well!

Great little shop, friendly, funny atmosphere. You could tell everyone was regulars. Best eggs Benedict the hollandaise sauce was the best ever tasted. He said that was the best hollandaise sauce he’s ever had: fruit bowl was actually huge fresh fruit. The blond bombshell waitress was super kind and friendly. Recommended 10 out of 10
