Was in Ottawa for 1 night, and we searched up a restaurant nearby, and we came across this one. It was near a lot of other places. The restaurant is a pretty cool place, when we arrived there was a paint night going on, or almost finished. Anyways, we ordered a burger and a kale salad, it was definitely good and recommended, I also ordered a steak frites, which was really good, the only sad thing that they didn't HP steak sauce. Other than that, everything was good. I would definitely be back when we visit Ottawa again.

First time visiting craft and definitely would go again. Racheal, our waitress was very friendly and personable. Food was mint and the general and aesthetics of the place had a nice balance of industrial and modern vibes to it.

Good luck getting service at all, could barely order anything because the waiters didn’t bother to even talk to their customers, and if you want a drink good luck with that no one acknowledges your existence

Went for a colleagues retirement party. There was a separate space in the back that accommodated our group. Service was spectacular.
Vegetarian options: Pizzas can be made vegetarian, there were other options like dill pickle fries, salads and pasta.

Food was okay, but where it really shines is in the service and atmosphere. Allah (sorry if that is spelled wrong) was our server and was exceptional. Catered to our every needs, from drinks, to checking in on us, and even taking time out of her night to change the TV channel for us to watch the basketball game. I've been here several times in the past and this place never fails with the variety of drinks they have on the menu. All around, it's a good vibe and a nice place to go to on a Friday night. Cheers! Will be back again ??
