Decided to order in from this place, as many people I know said it is excellent and I completely agree! Got the bacon cheeseburger combo and it was extremely tasty. The fries were crispy and not greasy. The burger had lots of toppings and not heavy. Very impressed and will order again.

Food was subpar, ordered off Uber at 10pm on Jan 1.Fries were hard and tasted frozen. Burger had a stale bun, patty tastes weird. Chicken tenders were not even crunchy or crispy, not sure why the place is called crispy. The onion rings were also soggy and not crispy.Would not recommend this place, even Harveys is better and at half the cost.

We ordered off uber eats around 9PM, which may be the reason why it was terrible. We got two chicken burgers which were so obviously reheated in the microwave; lettuce and tomatoes that were both translucent, limp, and a little slimy. The bun was a little soggy, which is to be expected with delivery.The fries are frozen (not fresh cut), and tasted like they were heated up in the microwave. Regular cheese curds and beef gravy, but definitely not worth the upcharges.We had a lot of hope as the pictures of the food looked awesome and good reviews for the most part. I was expecting dive restaurant looking photos on google, but the photos actually show a decent clean looking restaurant. Making me wonder what happens in the back. We will never order from here again based on this experience and the overpriced menu.

Quick service, only takes about 15 minutes to receive take out order, very nice place inside and staff is very nice as well. Best fried chicken I’ve had in Ottawa!!!

Clean with lots of options on the menu. The prices are reasonable and the portions are ok. Combo of a sandwich fries and drink is 17$ plus tax salad options is 3$ more. The salads was ok the rest was good. I would like to try other options. The place didn’t have music and the order took like 22 minutes to be ready. Just 2 people were working.
