We had a lovely waitress. Food was great. Hot. For a Saturday afternoon for a67s game the place was calm. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant was full because of a Redblacks game. The service was expected to be longer then usual. It was very normal wait time because of the amount of people that arrived all at the same time. Customer service excellent. Food excellent.

Took 20 minutes to come for our drink order, but only when we went to the host station to say we hadn't gotten service. Took an hour to get our food, at which point it was cold. The food and drinks were good otherwise.

nice place, good food, very friendly staff. you can’t go wrong with this place.

Went on a busy evening but the service was extremely slow, waited over an hour for our pizzas and when I received it the kitchen had done a mistake and gave me gluten free so I had to wait for another one to be done. I ordered the cheese and basil one and had only 3 basil leafs on it and they had black on it. Also didn’t feel like my cheese was fully melted on my pizza. Not sure I’ll go back

My boyfriend and I love Crust and Crate! This was our second visit and once again, everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the vibes were awesome, and our server Joshua truly made the evening special. He was so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our dinner, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

I definitely recommend going there for souper and the place is really nice and amazing service not long to wait and cute and amazing waitresses and love the food definitely going back there also cute and adorable black woman that cleans the table is gorgeous

Server Victoria was absolutely phenomenal. So friendly, professional, and provided a great experience. The man in charge, Patrick was also super, and is well respected by his staff.

I just want to say our server was nice, nothing bad to say about him.

But weird vibe coming into this restaurant. Me and the two other people I was having dinner with, noticed that the woman server there, was sitting on the laps of the other male servers and cooks near the bar area in front of everyone. It just felt grimy, weird and awkward as she got passed around from lap to lap.

Not the one to diminish another women’s lifestyle and freedom but maybe save that when there is no customers around or not in a professional setting.

Food was great! Nice place. Our server , Bruno was amazing and made our evening fantastic! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Very affordable as well.

I love coming here before a movie. The pizza is always a hit if you want a bit more crust then a traditional thin crust and the drinks always fall into my sweet spot.
This recent visit, one of the staff not serving us came out and chatted with us for a while. It was great!
I also really like the patio. There is something about the concrete table tips that appeals to me here but no where else.

Make sure to ask for some sauce to match with your crust.
