Unless you're going to drink or watch sports with buddies, than I don't see a point to this place and I did not enjoy the pizza at all.

Overall a nice brunch. The food is slightly more elevated than a typical diner brunch. Went on a freezing rain Sunday, wasn't busy at all.

This place seems to be under new management and a new chef, as today's visit was different. There were three of us, and the place was packed, but the lady could find us a table quickly. The waiter was not friendly as he looked tired and impatient with us. He didn't recommend anything from the menu or explain other options. The place was packed, hence the delay in the food, which was bland. The garlic cheese potatoes were too salty. Servers looked uptied, and I commented on my goat cheese salad with no goat cheese cheese; they weren't all that impressed. It used to be my favourite place but not anymore after that visit.

I’d like to start this off by saying that our server, Joshua, was great. My wife really enjoyed her pizza, but I made the mistake of ordering the blackened chicken.

The chicken was pre cut and placed to make it look like it was a full breast, but turned out to be barely half a chicken breast. The flavours of the mushroom sauce and the blackened chicken didn’t combine very well, there was definitely way too much rosemary in the sauce. It just feels like the price of $25 was a lot for what the dish was. I left feeling very disappointed.

My daughter and i went to try the pizza and it did not disappoint. Lots of yummy choices and the service was great.

SCAM ARTISTS. Avoid at all cost.

Charged my credit card for an order that they then cancelled. I was promised a refund but it never came. When I went in the store to demand the refund I was told the specific employee needed was busy. I left my contact info but was ghosted.

The poutine and calamari (appetizers) were excellent; especially the poutine’s gravy. 🧑‍🍳😗

Some of the meals we ordered were decent, but others were not. The Fish ‘n’ Chips did not taste good (rating: 1 star) and both pizzas were greasy and the crust was a bit burnt. Aside from that, our other orders were ok.

Tip: 2-5pm is Happy Hour so the poutine is $6!

The food today was so poor after taking forever to come out which we found weird as we visited in October and really enjoyed our meal. It also looks like the menu had been revamped with less items.
Our side of fries was oily and soggy, we asked for another plate and the second plate was even worse.
One plate of food had to be sent back to the kitchen. My chicken was salty.
They also looked understaffed, took forever to get the bill, find a waiter for napkins, got no side plates for our apps.

Pizza was a bit burnt but great pizza themes. Goat Cheese and beet salad was excellent. Service made a couple of weird comments but otherwise good service. I do recommend.

We love their pizza. Vegan options available as well. Staff is always friendly.

Our first experience with Crust and Crate, Findlay Creek location, wasn’t the best. Our online order was correct, and the food was satisfactory except for the sharp pointy piece of hard plastic that was in the Cesar salad (luckily I felt it in my mouth before I swallowed it) and the raw bacon in the Cesar salad. We removed as much of the raw meat as we could but after those two mishaps, we were done. The most disappointing part is that after THREE emails to their email that’s listed on their site, I’m STILL WAITING for a reply. If you’re not monitoring g your email, don’t post it on your site. I would not recommend this restaurant due to their quality control and their lack of customer care.

This place has gone downhill since it opened a few years back. Used to enjoy going there almost every weekend, but prices, service and food quality have gone down the tubes. Sorry to leave a negative review, but please do better.

it’s ok at best. food is overpriced and some items were tiny portions compared to others. benny with mushrooms had raw mushrooms (gross) and boring salad. only the dough, hollandaise, eggs and potatoes were goood. banana bread is too sweet and the strawberry waffle thing is so tiny for the price. they charge extra for everything and for 6$ you get 3 pieces of bacon. drinks were overpriced and not good. service was fast and friendly. ambience is whatever. parking is open and free. overall, would never return for brunch
