We ordered Moishe's Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner for ten persons and it was nothing short of outstanding. The meal started with 2 large containers of a great squash soup. The turkey was tender and moist, fully carved/sliced and ready to serve. The accompanying vegetables (mashed potatos, green beans) and stuffing were equally well prepared. Two containers of a tasty and velvety gravy, more than enough to go around, completed the main course. Best of all, and in spite of the fact that 3 of the persons at the dinner were teenagers, there were lots of leftovers for the traditional post-Thanksgiving hot turkey sandwiches and fried rice. Well done Moishe! We are looking forward to trying your Christmas dinner.

Not only was the food amazing, the staff was so nice as well. They had some extra hired serving staff who were also wonderful. Highly recommend this team! They had some sort of meat dish on a spoon and it was hands down the best thing I’ve ever eaten

We hired Culinary Conspiracy to cater a twenty person dinner in our backyard. They were full service - providing everything we needed - food, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, etc. Both our served appetizers and sit down dinner were delicious and portions were generous. Moishe was easy to work with and was very flexible to meet our needs. The serving staff was courteous , safe (masked) and impressed us when they served the kids table first. They went out of their way to make sure the kids were happy so the adults could be as well. Overall our whole family with happy with this caterer.

From last minute booking and set up, to serving and clean-up, it was a seamless and highly professional experience. I had expected the servers to hand out hot cocktails only but they went out of their way to bring around all the cocktails and serve and refill all the food and drinks as well in the most professional manner I have experienced in my career. In August me and my wife had a wedding in our backyard, Moishe and his team took on a challenge of preparing a wedding with covid restrictions and did an amazing job. First Moishe was willing to update the menu numerous times and work with us to make our perfect menu, secondly his team was able to get us anything we requested when it came to rental equipment. During the event he and his team were exceptional, there wasn't a moment we felt like we or our guests needed anything. Amazing service if we host any big events in the future we will for sure do it with you guys.
