This was the worst salad ever. No flavor. Completely bland. I could not even eat it. Returned it to the countered and informed the staff member. He just looked at me with no response. Would not recommend this location.

Cultures is my favourite restaurant in all of Ottawa. The chicken pesto sandwich with a salad is the way to go. It makes me feel good after eating it and it keeps me full for hours. The service is also amazing. If you’re looking for a healthy alternative for fast food, this is the way to go

I’m obsessed with this place. I wish there was a location close to me. I drive to Bayshore mall almost every weekend from east Ottawa just to get the Peanut Butter Protein smoothie and a pesto chicken sandwich. I don’t know how they do it, but the pesto chicken sandwich is the absolute best sandwich I’ve ever eaten…and it’s only like $10. If you are in Bayshore mall and walk through the food court, I urge you to give the pesto chicken sandwich a try …you won’t regret it.

Ordered the Turkey & Brie sandwich however I'm not even sure what I paid for. This sandwich is $8.99 + tax. Initially rhey had only put 1 small thin piece of brie cheese and when I noticed I asked for more cheese since the sandwich is called Turkey & Brie. They didn't say a word but proceeded to slice another very small and thin piece to add on to the ends (since the bread didn't have a full layer of cheese. I got 3 thin slices of apple and at the end of the day I had a bread sandwich. This was horrible, which I didn't waste my time. The experience wasn't very pleasant either.Update to review: received a reply with an email address to contact them and guess what? Wrong email was provided. I then reached out using an email from a different review and haven't received a response. Terrible service. Don't waste your money or time people.

I really enjoyed my Santa Fe bowl, the chicken in it is delicious and the brown rice, sweet potato and avocado combination is great. I like the fact that you get quinoa and chicken in one bowl since both are good sources of protein.I found service to be efficient at noon on a Friday and got our orders ready quickly including 2 paninis for my family.I have visited this location in the past and quality is always good.It's nice to have a healthy place to eat in the mall as there are not a lot of healthy eating choices here at Bayshore. Luckily Cultures is one of them!

Hey bayshore mall, why are you letting pet world treat their animals so poorly? Next level animal cruelty at this place for years you guys have done exactly what about this. It has been YEARS that people have been calling and emailing you, animal welfare and bylaw have had multiple phone calls aswell. How can you you let something like this is your mall… rabbits with no hay at all, and keeping 2 week old babies away from mom. Selling sick animals. Disgusting. Do better.
