We ordered a 3 tier cake for our wedding. It was supposed to be a white "naked" style cake. We had 2 different flavors, vanilla and red velvet. They mentioned that we might see a very slight difference in color between the red velvet and vanilla, which we were ok with. The cake we received did not look at all like the photo. When I arrived at our venue, it was already starting to tip over and was heavily leaning over before the ceremony even started. The overall appearance was not like the photo at all. The frosting was all yellow, not even close to white and not like the photo at all. We ended up sending the cake to the back right away to be cut and plated because it was more of an embarrassment to leave it out for guests to see a sad yellow cake tipping over. We also ordered 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries and expected the cake and berries to be displayed nicely on the table. Instead they just plopped 2 plastic trays like you'd get in a grocery store and left it all in the closed trays. Our whole dessert table looked pathetic. We paid $793.71 to be utterly disappointed and end up with no cake to display. For reference, here is a photo of the cake we ordered vs what we got. I would not recommend them for cakes. I also now see there have been multiple reviews with issues surrounding the cakes.

We ordered special cupcakes for our baby shower and they were a huge hit! It was very easy to place a special order and the store did not need much time to get this done. They did everything we asked and provided helpful suggestions. The cupcakes looked beautiful and were delicious! Thank you!!

Absolutely the most incredible service and customer care I've had in a long time! We hosted a decorating birthday, 9 ten year olds...and the two staff hosts were amazing. The way they ran the event, cared for the party goers and balanced walk-in patrons...it was seamless. Organizing the event, we dealt with Lauren and she made the plans effortless. They were even able to accommodate food sensitivities without anyone being left out of the fun. The pricing- hands down the most reasonable; she accommodated last minute changes and everything went off better than I could have imagined. The kids were over the regular stuff, this was an incredible memory made! (Also indulged in their caramel latte and cherry cupcake- delicious!)
Kid-friendliness: I would host ALL my future kid events here in a heartbeat.

The tasting was fun and informative, and Laura was super kind, helpful and organized. She and her team did a fantastic job bringing our vision to life, accomodating all our special requests and delivering a delicious experience to us and all our guests. They rocked the aviation design we were looking for, and were even able to create cute custom toppers.
We wouldn't have done anything different and would definitely recommend Cupcake Lounge to anyone looking for a unique wedding cake/treat option.

I came here to get a coffee and check out the place but was surprised to see gluten free options available, so I had to give them a shot, and they were pretty solid!
