We ordered dinner for a birthday and some of the food was good but we ordered for the egg rolls. These and our 6 drinks did not arrive. We called back and the guy said he would send them out again. An hour passes and nothing… another half hour we called and nothing had been sent out. Finnly they sent out the missing items but forgot the drinks AGAIN. They say they will bring the drinks and refund the drinks. The guy rudely throws me 15$ and walks off and drives away super fast. Very bad customer service and no one there was sympathetic. We loved cypress garden but not sure after this…

Cypress Garden has the BEST Cantonese Noodles and egg rolls in Ottawa. I cook professionally for living so you can take my word on this. Try them!!!! Also, VERY good combos! Good value and the owners are super nice people! What a gem! 💎

The Cantonese fried noodles are a must try! Can easily feed two people and the shrimps are cooked perfectly every time. Lots of veggies included too

Quick service. 15 minutes from ordering on the phone I was collecting a heavy brown bag filled with goodness. Forget about atmosphere. The only possible space for two stools is consumed with cardboard boxes and other supplies. I like that this establishment is clear about what they offer. Cost is consistent with other Chinese food options. Have a look at my receipt for details and note the chicken fried rice that is added after a certain amount. The food was awesome. Crispy chicken balls and egg rolls. Hot food and the containers were so full I think they have an OCD physicist on staff. The rice containers were particularly impressive. I usually wait 8 to 16 months between Chinese food orders but with this find I'll be ordering more frequently.

Got chicken fried rice and while the food was a bit better than chinese mall food rice could use seasoning/flavour ; tasted to similar to rice I could make myself. It’s better than Panda Express but I don’t think it’s amazing or anything (I’m from Toronto so my review is based off good fried rice there)

Well seeing how i had to wait over two hours for a bag of cold food and burnt eggs rolls that have falling apart inn there little white bag this was the worst service we have had and surly will be awhile before placing another order after ordering from this place for many years Will be looking for a new one

Don’t bother ordering from these guys, I had to cancel after an hour and a half for a dinner for 2. Cypress Garden is 2 Km away. If your family is hungry, order elsewhere

My girlfriend and I ordered from Uber Eats. Very poor Chow mein it was quite soggy and the veggies were not flavourful, there was no sauce, the chicken was boiled with no seasoning. The General Tao Chicken had to be some of the most chewy and fatty chicken I’ve ever had before. Definitely would not recommend. The food did come piping hot that is why they are getting 2 stars and not 1.
