Je ne laisse jamais d’avis négatif mais come on !!! Un sourire / a smile est gratuit/ is free when serving your clients.
C’était bon mais trop cher pour ce que c’est.
A ce prix je préfère encore voyager jusqu’au downtown d’Ottawa.
On est servi avec limite de l’agacement empressement qui ne vous donne surtout pas envie de revenir alors que vous payez ce que vous achetez.
Je ne reviendrai pas and definitely will not recommend it to my fellow frenchie.
Love this bakery ! Everything fresh and delicious.
The bread is always good and fresh. This time, I ordered a Parisien cake. Cost was $38. When I picked it up, it was frozen. Clerk told me to defrost it on the counter for 2 hours before serving.
The birthday party supper lasted longer than usual and we served the cake 4.5 hours after it was picked up. It was awful. The middle of the cake was wet. Nobody ate it.
I called the store and there was no explanation for what had occurred and no compensation was offered.
