“Best DQ staff in Ottawa! They are very friendly and professional. I ordered a custom cake with a photo printed on top. Hetarth was there for my pick-up and was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He truly went above and beyond. The entire process was very convenient. Easy to get in touch with them and coordinate details. I even had to change the pick-up date, and they were extremely accommodating. Super impressed with the bank street team. Will be back for sure!“

Wanted to express my thanks as it shows that some businesses care and go out of their way whereas others fall very short, even with a last minute order. Kudos to your staff and work ethic of your staff.“
