“This is a pretty good Dairy Queen location. I appreciate that the hours are late night (running until 2am most days of the week, and then until 3am on the weekend which is great). There is also an easily accessible washroom which is good. The main thing here that is lacking would be the internet. There should be internet access here, and ultimately that could make the atmosphere a bit more enjoyable.“

“So i came here Aug 15 2025 10:30 pm i came to get my dog one last Treat before i had to put him down cuz of age and hip and heart problems i was ready to pay when i asked for a lil cup of caramel to put on top she was a lil confuzed but when i told her she understood and went a step further and gave my dieing firend (my dog) 1 last act of ramdom kindness and gave him the treat for free! this 1 lil simple act made a really hard night a lil easyier thank you“
“Best DQ staff in Ottawa! They are very friendly and professional. I ordered a custom cake with a photo printed on top. Hetarth was there for my pick-up and was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He truly went above and beyond. The entire process was very convenient. Easy to get in touch with them and coordinate details. I even had to change the pick-up date, and they were extremely accommodating. Super impressed with the bank street team. Will be back for sure!“
“From the welcoming atmosphere & friendly staff to sitting down eating your meal, it was a real pleasure to be there. VERY helpful & knowledgeable staff who actually CARE about what they serve. I had the chicken burger & I’m 60yrs old-I can honestly say it was THE BEST chicken burger I have EVER had. Very impressive & really surprising.
