Not on ice cream when I had some coupons for poutine I bought 2 double signature burgers double patty each cost around 7CAD. After reaching destination and when opened both were single patty, humans makes mistakes but the patty was thin as ham and too dry nothing in it. It’s nothing like what its shown on menu. Its a real fraud servings.. Never in DQ ever even for ice creams anymore.

Not impressed. Decided to stop at this location because we were early for an appointment. Attempted to order an original pecan cluster blizzard and was told it was not on the menu. I've had this blizzard at many many locations across Canada and the US and have never been told it's not a menu item. I explained the ingredients and I was told they could make it but there would be an up charge. We left without buying anything.
I got an ice cream birthday cake for my wife again.
Her birthday is in winter, when she was young always wanted ice cream cake on her birthday. Since we met, I make sure she has it every birthday.

I initially ordered a medium Frosty but quickly changed my mind to a large. They adjusted it, but only added Frosty water, so the ratios were off and it ended up watered down. It was still enjoyable on a hot day, though. The staff’s attitude was just okay and didn’t seem very focused on customer service. The cashier came across a bit rude when I was charged for a medium, despite clearly asking for the large. In the end, I received the flavor mix amount of the medium I was charged for, rather than the proper large. Overall, the experience was decent but could use improvement in service and accuracy.

This location is absolutely abysmal with their service and their offerings. You can expect to wait at the drive-thru for a good 5-10 minutes (at the window).
The ice cream is always super melted because they don't have AC in the kitchen. In the summer, when the window opens, it's like opening an oven door.
Don't even try to hold your blizzard upside down, it'll be in your lap before you know it.
Service is terrible, like you're bothering them by wanting to order.
Bathrooms are best if avoided altogether.
The only time of year worth going is once it's cold out so at least you know the ice cream won't melt.

Owner Seema is always friendly and very on top of things. She is fast and goes the extra mile to make sure special requests are handled correctly by any staff members. The crew at this location appear to be a family and they work very hard to make every visit a positive customer experience — we go out of our way to use this specific DQ location to give them our business. They are happy to adjust your order so it suits exactly what you’re looking for…don’t want onions on your burger? No problem. Hoping for extra peanuts in your Peanut Buster parfait? You got it! No request too much or not enough for Seema and her team :)

Ordered a few things here and the staff added their own tip and passed the POS. I also did not get a receipt after so I know how much my regular order costs. Please beware of staff tipping themselves however much they want.

I came to order at this Dairy Queen and waited more than 7 minutes before any employee came to help me. The service was really slow and no one even acknowledged me while I was waiting. Very disappointing experience — terrible location.

Hire more people!! Why do you have one guy doing 3 people’s jobs on drive thru (taking orders, making food, cashing people out) AND training new people at the front of the store. I feel bad for that employee. Pay him the wage of 3 people or HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Terrible management. We waited in a drive thru line of 3 cars for 25 minutes because he was doing everyone’s job and had no help. Your drive thru times must be 10 minutes per car..

Man, their shop’s kinda gross, but the Deep ice cream is dirt cheap، even if it’s just got this thin layer of chocolate.
