Hi, This is to bring to your attention the poor quality of an employee's manner that occurred at your location tonight around 1:20 am.
During my visit, I observed an employee she was exhibiting unprofessional and terrible verbal behavior the kind that professional employees feel sorry for her. This individual demonstrated rude and disrespectful conduct, coupled with poor quality, negative body language, and facial expressions. Such behavior falls far short of the courtesy and professionalism expected in a customer-facing role.
In contrast, I have encountered many respectful and well-mannered employees at your restaurant, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
While I generally enjoy leaving positive reviews for restaurants, this experience was of such poor quality that it prompted me to reconsider my rating. Unfortunately, due to this employee's poor behavior, I felt compelled to leave a one-star review. I couldn’t find a half-star haha.
I trust that you value customer feedback and will take the necessary steps to address this matter to ensure that you continue to maintain its high standards of customer service. An employee like this should never be at the place to interact with customers until meeting professional standards . Employees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring their behavior does not fall below acceptable standards. It’s common for customers, when they enter a restaurant, to pick up a delivery first, purchase something, or just need to use the facilities first—haha—then interact with staff. Does using the facilities first and then picking up the food deserve pointing fingers unsettlingly while speaking?! I told her politely not to do that—haha. Thank you for your attention.

Ordered through Uber couple days ago. There was barely any whipping cream on the shake, the fries were undercooked and the oreo blizzard wasn't even blended at the bottom. Would not recommend placing online orders here.

Husband Ordered a custom blizzard ice-cream cake here. The fudge cookie centre was almost non existent and was at the very top. It should be much thicker and in the middle. So much for a blizzard cake. A hair was also found in the cake! As someone who spent 5years working I. DQs in a training store, I would not recommend going here. Try another DQ location.

I ordered the poutine but the fries were so cold and not eatable. Very disappointed with service and food
Went here to get a birthday blizzard cake. Ordered through the app to make it an easy pick up, but it was anything but that. When I got there they insisted I needed to go to Kanata even though it was placed for their store and they had the cake in the freezer. Finally they agreed to give me the cake I paid for after 30 minutes and the guy wrote happy birthday on it terribly and it looked like he even wiped off some of the icing when he made a mistake with his finger.
I emailed coperate head office and they told me someone would contact me. Two weeks later and they’re still not answering me and telling me to wait for a reply. Absolutely ridiculous for a 45$ cake that was also freezer burnt.
