I was served by a young man and lady on a Sunday afternoon. Best service I received in a long time. Very polite, very professional. I from Montreal and unfortunately not used anymore to get such a wonderful service from young folks. To the owner: in 2024, we should be able to leave tip when paying with our credit card.

Got my ice cream and fell outside the store right as I waked out. Was bleeding all over and asked an employee if they could get me another ice cream since my first one was was all over the sidewalk. The employee told me "well..... I'm not sure if I can actually do that hmmmm." What a moron. The employee made me wait in line again while I was bleeding all over myself and made me buy a new one.

Hot eats... cool treats.... used to be that way.Stopped in for a burger and ice cream, and the burger was colder than the ice cream.

Ok you usually can't go wrong with DQ. Everyone loves ice cream. I had the Reese peanut putter cup pie blizzard which was delicious. The only thing that was bad was I also tried their soft pretzel sticks for the first time. That was a mistake. I expected them to be warm, they were not. They seemed to be covered in oil and the so called "queso" that comes with it is absolutely disgusting. 3 sticks and I couldn't even get halfway through the 1st stick before it all went in the trash and I was satisfied with my blizzard instead. They call it a pie blizzard because they add whipped cream on top!

One out of three blizzards was too liquid. But at least there was a lot of mini turtles chocolates in it.

Legit one of the homlist DQ's out there. This location is located in the heart of suburban Gloucaster which means everyone from young couples to families drop by here to snack. The staff generally is always friendly and in a good mood. The place can be very busy during school hours so drop by in the evening for shorter waiting times. Overall a great place to snack at!

Great ice cream blizzard with new flavors. Although made a mistake of getting a small size instead of mini, even small is big!
