PUBLIC HEALTH UPDATE. Genuinely ordered a dessert last night. Watched the same employee that took my order use the same gloves to prepare my food. Touched my brownie, same gloves that would be touching your hot food as well. Not just 1 employee. All employees said this was common practice. They do not change there gloves after using the cash register. All of them saw nothing wrong. (7 employees)- never returning and reported this location to public health.

Best DQ staff in Ottawa! They are very friendly and professional. I ordered a custom cake with a photo printed on top. Hetarth was there for my pick-up and was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He truly went above and beyond. The entire process was very convenient. Easy to get in touch with them and coordinate details. I even had to change the pick-up date, and they were extremely accommodating. Super impressed with the bank street team. Will be back for sure!

I went an hour before close and I was told the kitchen is closed but that they would open it and make my food for me. Weird, fast food kitchens don’t usually close kitchens an hour before. But nonetheless I am super happy they made the food! It was good

All orders tasted the same. There is no difference in flavour except from vanilla (which didn’t really taste like vanilla) and chocolate. But most of all it was so full of sugar and glucose, and it is so not healthy.

Every time I’ve ordered blizzards they only have ingredients on top and the bottom only contains ice cream. They use limited ingredients. I’ve given them the opportunity to rectify this issue in the last 2 years. They keep going back to fraudulent practices.
