My order had sauce on the outside of the cups. All 3 orders actually. They didn't even try and wipe it down. It's not the first time that's happened there but my last visit for sure. Even the cashier was handling cash and then making drinks. Not a big deal but he was grabbing the cups from the inside of the cup which isn't hygienic and then he'd go to the freezer, remove fries with his bare hands and put them in the fryer then wipe his hands on his pants and com back to the front. Thankfully he didn't handle my drinks or I would have returned them. Gross!

My burger was drenched with grease. The bun was falling apart on its own. I had to ask 3 times for a new one to two guys. They were telling me that it’s normal, a burger has grease! No way Sherlock!! I’m not stupid, but when you received your burger 60 secondes ago and you can’t hold your burger , it’s too much!
I got a new one, but this time the bun wasn't cooked... so I put it in the garbage and leaved!
My only regret is not having taken a photo!

The portions of onion rings and fries were very small, considering the fact that we paid extra. They were cold, soggy, and unappetizing. The drinks were spilled and leaked onto the ice cream. The chicken and burger sandwiches were also mediocre! Definitely will not be ordering again.

From the welcoming atmosphere & friendly staff to sitting down eating your meal, it was a real pleasure to be there. VERY helpful & knowledgeable staff who actually CARE about what they serve. I had the chicken burger & I’m 60yrs old-I can honestly say it was THE BEST chicken burger I have EVER had. Very impressive & really surprising.
Parking: There is plenty of free parking spots for all.
