I highly recommend using the mobile app to order from this particular DQ as sometimes it can get quite crowded depending on the time of day, and the app allows them to make it ahead of time and even give you an appropriate lid and carrying container if you are ordering more than one item.
I ordered the strawberry cheesecake blizzard for the person I was with and the Reese’s extreme blizzard for myself. Both were well made and well packaged.
Parking: Parking kind of depends on the time of day, because it is on Richmond which has variable parking. There is some street parking on various side streets that is free if you are willing to walk 3-5 minutes though.
Kid-friendliness: Ice cream is, by default, a kid-friendly food. They have chairs outside and inside if you need to sit down somewhere and eat it with your kids.

Bad food, bad customer service. I was excited to get DQ as it had been a while and now I am completely turned off of it all together. I went into a dairy queen a few days ago and ordered my usual, a banana split blizzard. I didn't taste the blizzard until I was part way home and the pineapple tasted really off. I called the location and asked them if they could taste the pineapple as it doesn't taste right. The young lady on the phone asked her manager to taste the pineapple and manager said it's fine. I said mine didn't taste fine. Her response was that her manager said it's fine and I was then abruptly hung up on. I couldn't eat my blizzard and didn't feel comfortable going back to the location. Not a good experience for me and I do not plan to return.

Fridges are really loud, but the service by Shaheer was outstanding. He was very professional and answered all my questions since it was my first time buying from DQ. Drinks were made very fast too.
