This location is always efficient, never had to return an order or ask for a refund. The employees seem stressed and it may be just life and the economy as I'm sure they aren't paid much. For that being considered, they're still friendly and super helpful

On August 2, 2023 at around 8:30 I ordered a banana split at this Dairy Queen. It came with melted ice cream hardly any toppings and no whipped cream or maraschino cherry. When I worked there we even put chopped nuts on them. This was the most dissatisfying banana split I have ever ordered

It was pretty fine as far as DQs go. The ice cream machine or making process seemed to be rushed or overwhelmed causing the ice to not be as cooled as it should be and then melting almost immediately after being served. They take Amex which is also a plus in my books but one is probably better off grabbing some high quality grocery store product instead.Edit: @DQ, that link just goes to your general Contact Us page... It seems like a complete waste of my time to just resend my comments to another inbox in your company. I've shared my review - fix the issues if you want, or don't - but don't pretend like your reply here accomplishes anything. It's not on your customers to teach your company how to store and serve your product.

I’ve ordered blizzard the staff gave it to me and it was very Milty and looks like a soupI asked them why it’s like that? They told me the machines broken.I told him you’re supposed to tell me before you make itThey told me the only thing can do it is to put it in the freezer for a couple of minutes that’s allOne of the stuff was very rudeProbably this is gonna be the last time I bought from this location.

The Blizzards have gone down the drain. I remember when they were something we enjoyed very much. Where did the Tropical and the others with the pinapple and fruit coconut? There were three of us and all three blizzards ended up in the trash after 1 or two spoonfulls. They were horrible. Never again will I consider getting a Blizzard at Dairy Queen.. If you keep heading in the same direction,,you will be another statistic closing the shop!. And at this rate you will have deserved it!
The cashier forgot an item on our order. We proceeded to ask for our fourth item. She replied “ITS NOT ON YOUR RECIEPT”. She was the one who forgot to punch it in and was super rude when we simply asked for what we ordered. By this point my first three items were already melted. ill gladly make the drive to a different establishment before I visit here again.

Busy location with few employees.. Doing skip the dishes and will try to avoid this place had to wait half an hour for a kid size icecream!!!! .. the management is trying to cut cost making people wait more!!!

Avoid this dairy Queen at all costs. Order a coffee crisp macchoato blizzard but with out the coffee and without the caramel. Just coffee crisp and paid for extra coffee crisp. Bought 4 of thesearge for 44 dollars. Instead of basically double coffee crisp I got 2 small pieces on each of the 4 and a few crumbs of coffee crisp with 98% being vanilla ice cream. So I basically gave them $44 for maybe 5$ worth of product. That is my one end only time going to that location. Never again. Only reason they even got 1 star is because this review won't let me give 0.

I work as a skip this driver I want it to pick up an order and it will not be ready for half an hour And there's only one employee working super hard just because the owner chose to be poor and cheap To have extra employed to help To work at that store Dairy Queen wait what a waste of my time as a skip this driver
