Came here for breakfast every morning during my stay at the Westin. Only got the buffet on the last day, and it is definitely the most value. They have a nice selection of different breakfast items at the buffet and they are all well made and taste delicious. All of the a la carte items are also good, but portions are on the smaller side. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
We came here two of the three mornings when we stayed at the Westin Ottawa.
The service was fantastic both days. We had our drinks topped up without asking and were always greeted with a big smile in the mornings.
The food options are endless. Anything you can think of, it seems like they have it at breakfast. I highly doubt you'll leave hungry.

Dalys has gone down substantially in the last few years. I ordered the breakfast staple of 2 eggs, hash browns and sausage with toast. I had to virtually beg to get more hot water for my teapot. The food was cold and the taste was greasy. For the price I should have had the $40 buffet! Staff at the front were friendly and helpful but the waitress was so disinterested in me, and was very annoyed if I asked for anything (like jam for my toast, or more hot water for my tea, both...
