Food is absolutely amazing, best wings in the area. Love the service here, the servers are very welcoming and the cooks never disappoint! The atmosphere in the restaurant is always warm and lively. I’d definitely recommend dropping by and giving digbys a try.

Everything was great until I ordered takeout and found a few hair strands in the meal. I ordered through Uber. I can't see past this. I'm sorry. Food is made well and is tasty for the ones celebrating their cheat-day... but hair in food trumps everything.

My wife and I were trying to find somewhere new to eat dinner and came across Digby's in the Kanata Centrum, we both had the Grilled Chicken wrap with seasoned fries and coleslaw. I have to say this was the best wrap and fries we've had. Everything was so fresh and cooked perfectly. Our server Michelle was amazing, very polite and friendly. I STONGLY recommend this place to anyone. Oh and prices are really good,
I would have left a picture but the food was too good it slipped my mind.

The shrimp were so small, I had one smaller than my pinky nail. I thought it was just a fluke but when I started opening them they were all small they were just battered up to look big! I spent 40$ I’m coming back and showing the picture and asking for a refund this is ridiculous and a robbery, additionally their poutines are with shredded cheese not cheese curds! The wings were the only thing good but I didn’t like their barbecue sauce.

Best fish and chips I've had in a long time, and unlimited homemade tartar sauce. HGTV needs to come in and give the decor a facelift though... A hidden gem in Centrum

The food and service are both fantastic .

The atmosphere could use some TLC . Possibly, it may be due to the type of cleaners us3d . But you can barely see out of the windows as they are very cloudy. Seating is also very well used .
Would be nice if they got a liquor license

Fish and chips were good. The service was OK, one server and a number of active tables. The interior of the restaurant could really use some improvements. It was clean but well worn benches and such. Would definitely return again as i like good food, and don't really care about decor.

Why are you putting hair in people's food? Do you not want certain type of looking people there? My kids could have ingested that. It is extremely gross and grotesque of you.

Great spot for fish and chips and other halal options. We went there for lunch and had their signature Pollock option. It was great and the service was fast and friendly.

You ever feel like going to Disney land but then think about the long lineups and get discouraged? Well, let me introduce to you the stream lined service at this place that will make you realize you don't have to spend a small fortune to wait in the magical world of Disney. There's a new idea implemented at this Digbys right here in Kanata. It won't cost you copious amounts of money, it's local. Call at 7:09pm (19:09 for the folks who prefer) get told, "food will be ready for pickup in 15 minutes." So far so good right? Well that's what I thought too. But I was FAR from understanding what 15 minutes mean in the aquatic world. See 15 minutes means, place your order arrive in 30 minutes just to make sure if they were busy things would still be good. At this point and time in the "ride experience" I pay for my meal expecting to get some good food to go home and enjoy. That's when the ride really picked up! See somewhere in that half hour between the person who took the phone call, the scuba dive team, the captain of the ship, the port authority and the cook they couldn't figure out how to get a meal of fish and chips ready. Here i was thinking that it was their specialty considering it's in the companies name. But alas, I was incorrect. At that time after starting to clean a table or two, they were rather busy with four guests left in the building, the hostess went to the kitchen to check in on the meal I had ordered. That's when I get to the curveball of the experience. Can you believe it wasn't even started? How could that be? I must have time traveled! Doc Brown where are you? I leave due to not wanting to listen more to the employees discuss that the meal is not made at all. I had to take a break from the exilerating thrill ride at that time. My sheer excitement couldn't be held any longer. I left and came back in another 30 minutes and viola! My hot meal was ready for me. Only took one hour! My best guess is the fish was super fresh! After all they did have time to go grab it out of the Ottawa river in that time.

The taste was below expectations, didn't like the quality of meat used for my sandwich and sauce was just mayo.

After enjoying a tasty meal we had an opportunity to meet and chat with the owner Ali for a little bit. We were already happy with our experience but his friendliness sealed the deal; we will definitely return!
