Digby's Restaurant - Kanata

Seafood and Burgers restaurant. Service was amazing, such a hard working crew, friendly and helpful. Food was OK, I had 2pc Cod Fish with upgrade to poutine. The fish was way better than Halibut House, but not as good as other places. The poutine was good. The atmosphere... the place is well used and desperately needs a reno. Service do their best to keep it clean, but it's a little like polishing poop.

Honestly one of the greatest fish n chips spots in all of Ottawa. Every time I go, I'm treated with excellent service and a warm atmosphere. The owner and all of it's works are kind and very respectful, painting what a true restaurant should be for it's customers. I truly recommend this food spot to everyone and I hope you all enjoy it as I do.

If you’re craving a classic fish and chip digby is your spot in the Ottawa area , I really like that they let you choose your kind of fish
Although the interior decor needs some TLC and leaves a little to be desired . But then the food reminds you why you really came here

All you can way fish and chips? I never heard of it in the Ottawa area before. The fish was fresh and the chips were crispy. Awesome food. The atmosphere needs a revamp. Good service. Free wifi. I recommend this place!

6-8 industrial fans spread out in the restaurant providing cooling versus having air conditioning. Not sure if this is a temporary solution or not.

I’m very disappointed. I called a day before to ask about their open buffet and they confirmed it was available. But when I arrived with my friends we were told the buffet was only for fish and chips, and we had just one option (Alexander Pollock). This was not what we were told over the phone. Poor communication and a frustrating experience.
