App showed that our food was delivered as we sat around for 10 minutes after with no communication. Called to ask about how long it was going to be, and was told that the delivery driver takes around 3-4 orders at a time so they “clock out” obviously to avoid any push back from long delivery times. I understand it’s busy and not the driver’s fault, but the person on the phone literally hung up on me after I asked how long it would be.
We waited outside our apartment as courtesy to the driver because we have never had a problem with the tracking before. We have been customers of Dominos for nearly a decade and will be transferring somewhere else now.
UPDATE: Went in last night for the first time since our problem order since they were the only location open. Food was great, and the woman working was super friendly and quick. Pick up experience was very different from our previous experiences with delivery, and I will be ordering from here again (pick up only).

Kind of torn on how to rate this. The pizza was good, but it wasn't the one we ordered at all. Thankfully there was nothing on it we didn't like, but ya...wrong pie altogether.

Wow for a free pizza u went overboard and the pizza and the cheese was amazing and the habanero sauce was not spicy but good the worker at the store today was awesome service with a smile :)

As far as take out pizza goes, it’s good. It’s not the cheapest dominos in the city (I’ve seen better deals at Bank/Walkley, their deals surpassed the national coupons) but not the most expensive either (I’ve seen worse deals at Friel St dominos, they don’t even apply the national coupons). You can’t eat inside, it’s just a counter. I suggest you order online and check their deals before ordering. The national coupon deals on pizza have been the best option for the past year.
Had some bad experiences with slow times and screw ups in orders

My kids and I particularly love this locations pizza.. so far it's the best we had in Ottawa..top notch pizza! staff is pleasant friendly and positive.

I had an amazing experience with this Domino’s Pizza! The pizza was very well put together and exactly how I wanted it. It was cooked to absolute perfection and most importantly, the staff was very kind. I’ll definitely come back again!
