Late 15 minutes. I would say the worst place i ever went. All of them are not professional and not respectful besides a few women there. The guys with no attitude, I got the pizza without the souse!! And the last time he chipped the pizza into 25 pieces!!

They increased the minimum spend for delivery orders to $15, meaning my usual order is no longer possible, and its no longer possible to redeem the points without ordering an entire extra pizza.

App showed that our food was delivered as we sat around for 10 minutes after with no communication. Called to ask about how long it was going to be, and was told that the delivery driver takes around 3-4 orders at a time so they “clock out” obviously to avoid any push back from long delivery times. I understand it’s busy and not the driver’s fault, but the person on the phone literally hung up on me after I asked how long it would be.
We waited outside our apartment as courtesy to the driver because we have never had a problem with the tracking before. We have been customers of Dominos for nearly a decade and will be transferring somewhere else now.
UPDATE: Went in last night for the first time since our problem order since they were the only location open. Food was great, and the woman working was super friendly and quick. Pick up experience was very different from our previous experiences with delivery, and I will be ordering from here again (pick up only).

Wow for a free pizza u went overboard and the pizza and the cheese was amazing and the habanero sauce was not spicy but good the worker at the store today was awesome service with a smile :)
