Horrible customer service, the girl who answered the phone I didn’t even understand. She definitely didn’t understand me, then handed the phone to someone else who didn’t speak the language. Said they don’t deliver to me even though they have in the past. Then took over an hour to deliver a flat no extra cheese stale pizza. Save your money and buy a Tim hortons pizza.

I ordered a XL pizza at 6:26. I got a text saying that my order was 2 mins away and showed the driver in my area at 6:56. So at 7:30 I call and get hung up on the first time and finally get through and he said “they’re busy and short staffed”. Sure I can understand that. He tells me my pizza will be at my house in 7 minutes or less. 45 mins later I get a knock at my door and my pizza is clearly cold, definitely not double cheese and pretty mediocre. Now I get that an hours not really a long wait and I agree. My issue is that my pizza sat in buddy’s car for well over an hour. To me it doesn’t matter how many you can crank out on that conveyor belt oven if they all just go to waste in buddy’s back seat. Pretty disappointing $50!!

i came around 10:25-30pm and the employee said that he cleaned the kitchen and he is unable to serve me while it says that it closes at 11pm. he gave me a coupon to go to another store and get it 50% off but when i went to the farther location they told me that it’s only for online.. which was useless. i called the store and told them and they took my phone number so that they will let the manager call me back but still no call. seems like you don’t care about the customers .

Worst pizza store. This is the second time it has happened to me.I ordered a regular large pizza. But I received a thin crust with almost no toppings and no cheese on it. Calling the store back did not solve our issue. The girl who picked up the phone never took responsibility for this and said she made it with her own hand and couldn't be wrong.She also never provided us with her manager's name and contact number. She definitely needs retraining. This happened to our other friends as well, and no one likes to go there anymore. But today, I ordered from this location after so many weeks. I thought the staff was fully trained by now. I am feeling extremely disappointed. It's too late and there's no time to cook another food.
