I liked the food and the service very much. We were specifically looking for a dosa place and we found one at walkable distance from the Ottawa parliament hill surroundings. I loved the chutnies and sambar. On the whole, it was a very good experience and I was glad we found it. Even though the building this restaurant is located is old, the ambience is pretty good. They have maintained it well.

Completely adequate got a curry, asked for it spicy, was not spicy. Didn’t get utensils which was odd. The chicken was very tough and the rice was extremely overcooked. Wouldn’t recommend the curry but the staff was nice.

Our family recently had lunch at your restaurant on August 4th, and we wanted to share some feedback in a respectful way. We understand that mistakes can happen and we hope this helps you improve your dining experience for future customers.
The dosa varieties we ordered were good, but we were disappointed with the egg biriyani. We found a few strands of hair in the dish, and the pieces of chicken had a stale, bitter taste. We also felt that the restaurant's overall ambiance and hygiene standards could be improved.
We chose not to make a complaint at the time as we had family visiting Canada for the first time and didn't want to disrupt the meal. We appreciate your attention to these issues.

I ordered a plain dosa and specifically mentioned I wanted it little soft, not too crispy. Unfortunately, what I received was toasted on both sides in white colour and super soft which came out very different from my request . It would be great if the team could pay closer attention to special instructions.
