Every dish was excellent! The flavors were rich and authentic, perfectly balanced with spices. Each item was cooked to perfection, making the meal truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves bold and delicious food!😍

My first visit to East India Company (Robertson Rd) was to try the lunch buffet which is a fantastic value.

There is a great selection of curries and proteins, more options in fact than most of the other Indian lunch buffets that I have tried in Ottawa.

Being that the cost of the lunch buffet is extremely friendly to your bank account, you have to accept some of the impacts that this brings. Everything I tasted was absolutely full of flavour; my one very minor gripe / observation was that all of the gravies (curries/sauces) were rather runny as compared to what I am used to. I get it, I really do ... it is a minor point and really the only negative that I found.

Honestly - you would be hard pressed to find a better value, particularly in the Indian cuisine space.

Great food and soothing ambiance. The service is top-notch. All staff members are very welcoming and extremely professional. They offer a buffet and à la carte options. Their house red wine was tasty. They have a lot of vegetarian options, but I would like to see more vegan options.

I recently visited this restaurant with for dinner and was extremely disappointed. The food was absolutely terrible and not at all worth the $32 buffet price. The quality was poor, and the flavors were bland and unappetizing. Most of them tasted bad. For the price, I expected much better quality and freshness. Definitely not coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone."

It was almost entirely empty so we were a bit worried at first, but it turned out great. The service and food were excellent. I will return.

Had lunch buffet recently, and it was a great experience. Food is yummy. My favorite was that creamy cashew curry, which was perfect for Naan. There was only one waiter serving the customers, and he was doing just great. Relaxing environment. Highly recommend 👌.

Great. Water glass was kept full by attentive staff.
All buffet items were labeled with signs indicating name of dish, vegan/vegetarian & if spicy or not. I felt there was plenty of variety for dishes, cold items and condiments. Mango chutney was very good.
This is my 2nd time having Indian food in a restaurant setting and I'd return. I only wish I took note of all the different dishes I tried. I only took a picture of the sign for the one dish that I *really* liked that was new to me.

My husband and I got the butter chicken and veggie meal deal. The Nan was burnt and the curry was bland. Will not be ordering again.

Those of Indian heritage will greatly appreciate this restaurant. For others: the buffet dish names are in Indian and their taste is of spices (strong but not hot) not of the food itself. Their ice cream desserts are kept so cold I had to wait 5 minutes for them to soften a bit. But, service is superb.
