Had an extremely unpleasant experience here this Saturday. I came in asking if I could get a grilled cheese sandwich, without realizing it's not an menu item, the waitress said, yeah we can make one, then I ended up paying $8 plus tips, and what did I get? Two small pieces of half-burned burger buns with two un-melted cheddar cheese slices between them. Honestly it was more than a rip-off, it was an insult. If you don't have something on menu, just say it, don't charge customers 10 dollars for practically nothing!

It is the greatest burger I ever had. It is so juicy and delicious, and it is not heavy so you don't feel sleepy after eating it. There is French-Canadian Paul in the staff and he is a great guy, very cheerful and kind. Atmosphere is also great.

We found this place very overpriced, I couldn't believe it was $28-32+ just for a burger and fries, and that's efore tax and a tip prompt!
My burger was overcooked and my partner's was drenched in too much sauce. The price for beer was on par, but I can't justify the food prices for a fast casual spot. You can get cheaper (and better) food at a full service restaurant.

Yeah, just crazy good!! Amazing food obviously and top notch vibe but the staff puts this resto over the top. Fresh, tasty burgers, chicken strips for the difficult kids and fries are amazing!!
Food was good! Nice large fries and tasty burgers. Just check your 'take-out bill' - ours had a 15% tip added automatically.

Best burger in Ottawa! My American husband and I often come to this place. The burger is big with an amazing balance of flavors. I always get the Caesar burger; it's an explosion of flavors.
The staff is helpful, smiling, and super friendly. We arrived at the beginning of September, but this place is already one of our favorite places to go.✨️

Expected a great burger having read Capital Food recommendation. The vanilla shake did not disappoint - creamy and tasty. But: the burger and fries were both almost inedibly salty. The underlying burger and fries had been cooked well and seemed like they would have been good, if not for the salt. Had high hopes but will not be returning.
