Ordered on-line - had to call 20 minutes after scheduled delivery time and told it was still on the counter - sent someone right away. However the food lost a lot of it's heat and I ordered 2 egg rolls and only got one - they charged me for the extra eggroll - can't be bothered calling and waiting again. Not ordering from them again.

The egg roll factory was a core part of my childhood. I remember going there with my friends in the summer and getting a egg roll each the egg rolls are so good and the sauce with it is delicious and only for $12 for 4 people

I ordered a combo plate with general Tao's and sweet and sour pork. It was so terrible, slimey, cold, and flavorless that I wasn't able to eat more than a few bites. Even the egg roll was bland and disgusting. They gave me an extra egg roll and a free fortune cookie but the egg rolls were too gross to eat and even the fortune cookie was so stale that I was. Literally unable to chew it.
Fine, restaurants have bad days. Could be a fluke right? I call today to request a refund and the man refused to refund me, yelled at me, questioned whether I have ever had general Tao's chicken before and was generally extremely rude.
I have included a photo of the food after I have up and couldn't force myself to eat any more. The other egg rolls are untouched in the bag.
Don't waste your money on this garbage. A combo plate at Manchu Wok is cheaper and WAY tastier. So that's how low the bar is.

If you’re looking for Americanized Chinese food that’s fast, affordable, and consistent, this is the place for you. Their chicken and shrimp fried rice always hits the spot, having that lightly smoked wok taste with blend of ingredients is very tasteful. If it’s your first time, get the combo boxes.
The Eggroll factory has been amazing every time I have ordered from there, and the service is always courteous and quick. The menu is expansive, but the rolls (spring and egg) are really exceptional.

Maybe teach your delivery drivers how to drive. I was almost run over then given the finger. Called Egg roll factory .. told they had lots of customers and told to call back later.
