I was eggcited to try Eggspectation, but sadly, the experience just didn’t crack it. The food looked promising but turned out to be bland and lacking that sunny-side-up spark.
The floors could’ve used a good scrubbing — not exactly the kind of place you want to drop your toast. Service was friendly enough, but the whole visit felt a bit scrambled.
It’s more of a miss than over-easy hit.

Waited about an hour to get our food. Although our waiter was nice he was nowhere to be found. Kept asking the nice lady who kept coming around for some assistance. Food gave us cramps an hour after leaving.

So nice to have breakfast on the upper level with view of downtown. Tasty, very yummy omelette made with fresh ingredients.

Food was horrible honestly, I’ve never had bad hollandaise before and it’s pretty difficult to mess up a breakfast dish. It also took them close to an hour to bring our food. The smoked meat dish was not worth it as they advertised it’ll be a “pile” of it but it was 4 strips of pork

We came in as a party of 2 right before another party of 2. After being told to wait we were given a table but our waiter proceeded to ignore us while serving those who came in later. After finally being water right before we had decided to leave to eat elsewhere at that point, we ordered and continued to wait until she informed us they were backed up in the kitchen while having no problem serving the 2 who came in after us.
We waited an exceeded amount of time with bad service. Long enough to watch people order, eat and pay just to finally receive one of our breakfasts and not the other.

Relaxing ambiance especially this rainy Sunday. Waiter was on point with excellent recommendations and food was fantastic especially the bacon.
