They overstretch their staff, who are very hardworking and welcoming, as the drive-through gets busy and their time and quality of service suffers.
It was our first time for a quick coffee stop. I really loved the coffee we tried the flat white and latter along with chocolate croissants

I usually enjoy grabbing coffee and snacks there, but my latest visit was disappointing. The coffee was stone-cold and tasted off. When I asked for a replacement, I was surprised to be told I'd have to pay for a refill. That didn't sit well with me.

I prefer the Westboro location. Taste and service there is a 5. Ordered a Caramel Latte for staying in. No caramel taste. Disappointment

Just have to say besides receiving a great tea latte everytime, the one employee Misha (hope I spelled that right) is a pleasure! Listening to her great each and every customer and interact with them was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, kind, happy... she is a great face for the company!

Canadian source for coffee beans (grinding is available).
Apparently if you don't tip when you buy your coffee at the counter, they will leave your order and serve the 3 or 4 people who come after you first and then hand you over your coffee.
Met a client here for coffee. First time here and the people working were very friendly providing great service! I'll be back.
