Evergreen Craft Ales

Went here twice now. Super pleasant service, extremely professional staff, and the nachos were to die for! They are pet friendly, and it makes it easy to come and enjoy the beer on their terace.

I had the Filly Pilsner at Pistols Brewery, refreshing, and easy to drink. Great spot, would come back.

Friendly staff and very clean/well decorated. However, 11 dollars for jar salsa and bag chips was disappointing. Very glum energy with sad country music playing in the dining room. Good cold beer also!

Nice atmosphere for a craft brew spot, with decent food! Enjoyed all the beers I had selected for my flight. Service was attentive and friendly. Will be back!

Went to pistols brewery with some buddies today and had a great time. Kennedy behind the bar knew exactly what we should drink and nailed the recommendations. Food slapped, beers were cold. Would absolutely return.

This score is not a reflection of the beer but the wholly disinterested service offered by today's berkeep, who seemed genuinely annoyed that we asked for a send beer and was was unthankful when one of us pointed out she had missed a purchase on one receipt.

Good beer,server could have perhaps shown a bit more interest in customer service.

Kennedy and Olivia were amazing, made us feel very special, like family, they made our first experience exceptional, we will definitely come back...

FANTASTIC! We hosted a casual dinner for 70 people attending a wedding the following day and everyone at Pistols, especially Olivia, outperformed all expectations. From our first contact Olivia was excited to plan such an important event for us and she put together a great food and drink menu. They serve their own alcohol and beer which is quite good - the vodka is excellent. The food selection consisted of passed appetizers and the buffet was spread out in the brewery. The food was excellent! Smoked meat sliders and Mac and Cheese were stand outs as were the desserts.
The entire staff was attentive and cheerful and the venue was fantastic. It’s a great place for a group with a couple different areas to sit and some TVs, the Jays were on.
Our guests were very pleased and everyone commented on how nice the venue was and the quality and quantity of food.
Again, thanks Olivia and the entire staff! This was a HUGE success and set the wedding weekend off with a bang!

Pistols hits the target 🎯 that Wild West vibe is great, and the beer goes down easy, especially the lager! Chicken sandwich is good eats and came quick. Kennedy at the bar had some fun banter too! Grabbed a sixer to go and def coming back for more.

Cash grab. Weak beer, overpriced, under dressed nachos. Clearly someone thought “evergreen didn’t work because we had a garbage product, so let’s rebrand and pump out the same below par crap for a year or two”.
Avoid this place.

Rebranding of a below average Evergreen brewery doesn’t make the beer any better. Weak beer lineup paired with mediocre food. Countless better options in Ottawa for brewery’s making outstanding beer and serving excellent food, try them instead.

Stopped in at Pistols on game day and left underwhelmed. The nachos were way overpriced — mostly chips with barely any cheese — and the beer was just okay. The place was clearly understaffed even with a game happening only 200 meters away. That said, the servers were very nice and did their best to take care of our group, but overall the experience just didn’t feel worth the price.
