I was disappointed went Saturday(april 6th) for a meatball sub they had run out of their normal meatballs and substitute other meatball that were beyond gross, they tried to hidec the taste with extra sauce but these where rubbery and I couldn't eat it. As I said, I was very disappointed ?I've always loved their meatball subs, and you can have your subs made anyway you want them.

Took a smoke meat 6 inch...this could not even feed a 10yr old. Secondly the total order including a drink came to $10.14, told the cashier that I will giver her the 15 cents as she already had $9.85 all in change and that I would like a $10 instead and she bluntly refused twice to do so...well never again and good luck with your business...pretty sad the difference between your location and others

The food is missing Ingredients it was awful all of it. I do not recommend eating thereI'm never going back unless they switch to a owner who cares for the food. Fat albert as been around for years. I hope it stays with a new owner

Love the way the manager and staff are working. They really care about customers and what they do. If I am recalling correctly, I spoke with Mark about their chicken being halal and they way he explained was incredible. Need more people like him in this world.

Food stinks. Service is even worse. Karaoke is fun, but there is a reason there are typically less than 10 singers in a night. And it is not the karaoke host, who does a great job.

Used to love this place, the last Fat Alberts in Ottawa. Today I got 2 subs, one was good but the other was questionable! Passionate Pepperoni sub had white funny tasting pepperoni? I think they ran out of meat and used old stuff?Sadly I won’t be going back

Great spot with delicious food. Cool take out side and then a bar in the same building through the door. Very cool setup! Customer service was great and extremely accommodating.

I stopped to pick up a Ham & Cheese sub to go like I have done many, many times before but was totally disappointed. I don’t know if they have changed owners or not, but this was the worst sub I have ever had from here. and I have been buying the same sub for at least 40 years. The bun was stale and the garnishes were not fresh, the cheese was almost non existent. The meat was definitely not the same quality I am used to getting and to me the spices are not the same either. I will be hard pressed to buy from here again. Such a shame as this was always a go to for me when in Ottawa??
