i love the burritos and the service a location opened up a few months ago in my area and i never tried it before so i went in and had a burrito and fell in love with the food the restaurant is my favorite now for burritos and i love there service the rideau street location is amazing the staff are polite and very helpful

I miss the old Fat Bastard in Toronto before they went corporate. This store is exactly what you should NOT do when you franchise. I mean the smallest and I mean smallest portion sizes I have ever had at a chain. Save your money and skip this place! Recently went spent 50 bucks on two burritos and chips with salsa. So disappointed, the portions and toppings on the burrito were tiny. You will be more full going to Subway next door. Never coming back!

The food here is good, but can the owner think about hiring more than one person to work each time? Average wait for a burrito here is 20-25 min. At the Merivale location I'm waiting less than 5.

The food was not fresh, I ask them if they gonna serve me these vegetable and beans because they look not inspiring. The guys behind the counter has no face expression and mention we change them every 4hours. This is disgusting to serve cold veggies , beans and chicken that was cook 4 hours when it’s dinner time, I was there at 5h30pm and will not return.

Customer service was slow, when I eventually got my order they handed it to me and repeated my order, what they told me was what I ordered. I got home and one of the burritos was missing. I called the restaurant twice to see if they had noticed and I could go back and pick it up, no answer either time and the voicemail hadn’t even been set up so I couldn’t leave a message. Super disappointing, will not be back.

Delicious!!! Young lady at counter greeted me with a smile and was friendly. My burrito was loaded. The chicken was moist and tender with nice flavour. At my request she left it on grill longer. I like that they kept rotating it so that it was a nice toasty Brown and not burnt. I Love a burrito that the ingredients inside are nice and hot and it was.
Parking: I came by bicycle and staff were very nice to allow me to bring it in while I ate.

This place used to be amazing it has now become a nightmare wait times are unacceptable most of the time there is only 1 staff member there during peek dinner hours and the 1 staff member they do have never seems to know what's going on or how to do the job well so sad to see this place go to the dumps oh how unfortunate ?

One person working who had to be the slowest person on this planet. Food was cold and gross. She put minimal toppings. Most topping containers were empty and/thrown about. Ive been to Gat Bastards oftenin my local area and they'regreat. This store is 0/5. So ridiculous.

Tried for the first time and felt so unwelcome I regret not leaving. my overpriced burrito was awful so wet and gross.. went back another day the staff was nicer but again didn’t like it so I asked for advice on their page and someone comes back at me with a pretty disgusting comment.. rude customer service and gross over priced food.. zero stars!
