i met this guy called jacob constable there who had phenomenal service and perfected my drink. i highly recommend giving him a raise as he was by far the best barista i’ve met! hopefully i can spend a night with him sometime soon as his eyes were just starting at me.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jacob Constable at my local coffee shop, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked in, Jacob was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind — the kind of barista who makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit.
He clearly knows his craft, too. Jacob took the time to ask about my preferences and recommended a drink that ended up being one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The coffee was spot-on, but what really stood out was the experience — quick service, great conversation, and a calm, positive vibe that made my morning.

An old friend and I wanted to catch up so we visited this café last week. We decided to try this place out because it was near uOttawa’s RGN and we were looking for future study spots! I ordered an apple turnover and a hot chai latte and she ordered a muffin and tea! I spent maybe ~$12 with tax and tip. The service was great overall! The baristas were witty and welcoming and it didn’t take long for us to get our orders. We stayed for about an hour and a half just chatting and enjoying our orders! We had a great time overall and will definitely be back during the school year!

Atmosphere is nice but the customer service was kinda crappy. They didn’t have regular coffee available and had to get an alternative beverage at full price. Self serve milk was spoiled as well. For what you’re paying, it’s not worth it.

I was met at the counter by a very charming young man named Jacob. He blew any past negative service I've ever had in my life once he opened his beautiful mouth and started taking my order. It doesn't get any better than this, guys. He served me my pinkitty drinkitty Rapido-Presto! It's a shame I didn't grab his number while I had the chance. It was my first visit to this coffee shop with a friend, we both wanted coffee and we were told we dont have it bcse they clean the coffee machines at 6pm everyday,even tghough they close at 9pm that doesnt make sense coffee shop wtht coffee and bathroom had no soap.
