A "strictly hard bean" (shb) coffee been grown in altitudes of 4,500 ft or higher resulting in better consistency and a more desirable coffee. This yields a rich cup that has a distinct smoky flavor. The finest guatemalan coffees are medium to full in body and rich in flavor with a hint of spice. Although this coffee is acidic, the spiciness and smokiness put a nice twist on these acidic tones.

Good food and friendly service. The place was packed but we found a table.

They used to offer beer and wine but no longer have a liquor license, but they still have it listed on their menu board (they need to fix that).

Love this neighborhood place! Relaxed and dependable. Good amount of seating, lots of natural light, good selection of food (including sandwiches that can be heated up, and soft serve ice cream in the summer!). Prices comparable to elsewhere, good deal on large/ X-Large specialty coffees.

The lemon cake was $5 for a tiny piece and incredibly dry. When I asked for a slice that was baked more recently I was told that it was the freshest and baked recently.

The pumpkin spice latte was good.

The staff were nice enough and asked if I wanted anything else, it wasn’t clear if I was being given something in exchange for the inedible lemon cake or if I was being asked if I wanted to buy something new. So I said no thanks. I don’t...
