I haven’t had a lot from Figaro yet, but what I have tried has been surprisingly good. The quality stands out, and it feels like a place that really knows what it’s doing. Definitely looking forward to going back and exploring more of what’s on the menu.

I've had an affogato, but the espresso didn't seem dialled in when I was there, resulting in an rather sour and unpleasant shot. If I were to be honest, food is kind of mediocre for its price and for a place that touts specialty coffee, information regarding coffee itself pretty limited. At times, some information is given, but unfortunately, more often than not, the specific origin(s), varietal(s), process, and/or altitude are pretty ambiguous.
Although, they do have relatively nice seating and wifi, so I'll give points to that.
Also, a more minor thing, for the two coffees that do list altitude (Figaro Medium and Guatemalan Antigua), it'd be nice to have the same units for consistency!
