My family has been ordering here for years and is our #1 place we order from when hungry, I love the burgers and poutine from here, and the poutine always has me addicted!! Like they don’t mess around when it comes to the good quality food I get the poutine with onions and it’s definitely cooked well, never had a problem with this place ever, the fries come in very good portions as well if you order the French fries from here so it has me hooked and they taste BOMB!! The burgers are sooo delicious and I always get this with my dad lol 🤣 every time we order it comes on time and one time me and my dad went in person and people were very nice there and our food came quick!! And the place inside is clean! Good job five guys you have me and my family’s love!

I really liked the atmosphere, seemed to be friendly/family oriented. People talking/laughing, enjoying themselves. I was craving a hot dog so I went there (first time), it was very good. I will definitely go back and I will try the cheeseburger, which is apparently the best, made from fresh meat.

The food and portions at Five Guys are always top-notch — you know you're getting fresh, tasty burgers and fries in generous servings. But what really sets this Ottawa location apart is the staff. Seriously, they’re awesome!
They’re not only super helpful and efficient but also bring a fun, upbeat energy that makes the whole experience better. Despite the fun atmosphere, they remain professional and clearly take pride in their work. It’s refreshing to see a team that actually enjoys what they do — it shows.
Kingston could definitely take a lesson from this Ottawa crew. Keep up the amazing work!

Our experience here was excellent from start to finish. We were greeted by a cashier, I think her name was Camee who was incredibly friendly and positive, and the rest of the team was just as great—they were working hard but seemed to be having a good time. The atmosphere was upbeat and the burgers were just as wonderful as we'd hoped. If you want a quick, delicious burger, this is the place to go. You can't beat the food and the lively environment.

Meat patty not cooked enough/ pink centre. Meat patty very thin compared to before. French fries are fried old potatoes with excess salt. Lettuce/tomato topping poor execution and negligible piece of white lettuce.
GIVE THIS LOCATION A GODDAMN MILKSHAKE MACHINE. Five guys is my favorite burger place. I like this location. But have been heartbroken too many times with them not having milkshakes.

All these years hearing people rave about this place. We went for the first time today. The patties weren't even patty shaped, just random lumps of tasteless dry meat with no seasoning, sloppily assembled and falling apart because the bun is so fragile. The cheese is metallic tasting, worse than Kraft singles. I was hungry but didn't even finish it, a Whopper is ten times better and half the cost. 41 bucks for two burgers, two drinks and one fry. The texture of the fries were good but so bland and almost tasteless. Never again.
