Excellent! In my opinion, these are the best burgers in Ottawa!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. It was very busy when I went and they were quick with the food and had smiles of their faces the entire time. The girl who greeted me at the front cash is one of the kindest, most energetic person I have ever encountered working in retail, I wish I had got her name. Best Five Guys experience I have ever had!

My first time trying this place! Disappointed, doesn't taste good, even my 6 years old son who loves burgers and fast food, did not finish it and asked not to come here again. Pretty over priced. The tables were so dirty, like you are having a free meal over there.

We usually LOVE five guys. However this location is just not really up to par with the huntclub location we frequent. I go specifically for the poutine- at huntclub it's the best. Lots of cheese and gravy over a full container of fries. Here at trainyars I got a handful of fries with cheese and gravy. The taste was on point but if I am paying like 10 dollars for poutine- can you not fill the container? First time I thought it might be a fluke but it's twice now.
