I put two stars because I pay for fries and they only put 4 fries in the white container . Honestly I’d ask for a refund and go some where else but I live out side the city and drove in for some five guys . Not to happy about this .

Listen, the reason I’m putting a 2 star is because it tastes exactly like Wendy’s, heck even the fries do. I could get a Dave’s triple large combo for Wendy’s and it would be cheaper then a cheeseburger and a regular fry here. They are maybe 1.2 km away from each other. So if u wanna save money, then I wouldn’t go here. (For the photo there were actually a lot more ingredients on it and most of the fries were in the bag — which was off camera)

The cheese was some process slab from Kraft. 13$ burger n no American cheddar,???? Honestly only the fries n milk safe are good.
Burger got so saugy and mushy after getting home to eat it . Was only 5 min away .u guys can do better making a burger at home . What a waste of 33$ for two burger n large fries

It tasted good, but not $26 good to pricey $20 max

Their burgers always hit the spot, fries are salted to perfection, the restaurant has a classic burger diner aesthetic, and the staff is always friendly, offering service with a smile!

Tables were not clean the last two times I was there. One time the big ketchup container was empty. All while staff were sitting at the best two tables. Poor management?

We accidentally tipped a large number and they no hassle refunded us, they were out if coke and instantly changed it. Bless the workers at 5 guys always so kind and food is 10/10

No gravy on poutine, basically no toppings on burger, and it was soggy. I ordered via UberEats and it was 40 minutes late while Five Guys was "preparing" a simple order. This location has gone down hill to the point it's not even worth thinking about.
