The food was amazing! Bacon cheeseburger was amazing, and French fries were real potatoes fries not that mushy MacCain stuff lol it was perfect

Sent my husband to place and pick up orders for our family. He requested that one burger with small fries be placed in a separate bag. They dumped everything together. Also, my daughter and I are disappointed because they confused our burger toppings (not the first time this happens). Lastly, the fries were either old or overcooked because they were so hard and dry. I think we’re done with Five Guys - at this location at the very least.

Service was great as usual and the food was good. The floors are very dirty. I think the location could invest in a stick vacuum for the food on the floors (not just shelled peanut detritus) and maybe mop the floors more often. You actually slip on the floors in the oily build up sometimes.

Bathrooms could use constant cleanup as well as they are used frequently.

If we’re evaluation burger for burger, fry for fry, Five Guys can’t hold a candle to a spot like Umbrella Burger or Smash Daddy. We even thought A&W was better the day before. The burger comes on a cold, not very fresh sesame bun. We ordered a poutine and had to send it back because the fries were super chalky and undercooked. The fries that came back were the exact same. I don’t know if their fries were freezer burned or something, but they weren’t good. Be better Five Guys. We need you!!

If you really want a good burger or hot-dog, that's the place to go. While you are waiting you can get yourself a bag of peanut, and theyvare quick at cleaning the floor of those shell. My hot-dog was the best I had, they split the sausage in 2, makes it crispy, and I took mine with bacon, and even fries are cook perfectly and were crispy!

While it's not the cheapest fast food option, the burgers are unmatched and the staff are always very friendly. Unfortunately I personally hate the fries, but since there's no combos pushing you to order them I can't complain!

Unfortunately, I've fallen in love with their bacon cheeseburger and coffee milkshake. It prioritize Five Guys like the person who eats chicken nuggets at fancy restaurants.

Tasty burgers and they give you a very generous portion of fries, too. The staff we friendly enough and the restaurant was pretty clean.
I think I need to come back and try their milkshakes.
