While I haven't eaten a lot of their food yet, let me be honest -- this place is really about service. I came in and they let me try the cookie sample and were really nice to me. That kind of service and gesture makes me want to really buy from here. There's a lot happy goat and other coffee place around to go with their really nice cookies. So happy they have a new location closer to me! I stopped by on opening day to grab dinner and love the new space and variety that they offer. Their cookies are out of this world (my faves are the oatmeal raisin and oatmeal toffee). Owners and staff are so nice and provide excellent customer service. I will be back soon!

We decided to come here since it’s the closest spot to the medical center, and we’re so glad we did! The food was honestly better than we expected, it's delicious and really filling. The service was wonderful too, the staff were welcoming, explaining for us first timers, and everything came out quickly. Prices are very fair and it was nice surprise that they don’t ask for tips. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I’ve been using Flava Daddy’s meal prep service for a while now, and it’s been a game changer! They always offer a great variety of healthy meals that help me stay on track with my macros. This new location is even more convenient and close by, making pick up super easy.
The staff are always welcoming, great with recommendations, and I love that they’re constantly introducing new recipes. They also have easy freezer meals and high-protein treats that are perfect for busy days or a quick snack. 😊

Got the honey chicken rice thing. Food was great and fresh, though you do wish they had more nutritional info or at least a complete ingredient list printed on the packages somewhere. Beats cooking for yourself. Portions are a bit less than you would expect at that price point though but inflation is everywhere I suppose.
