Great space, nice beers. I live in the neighborhood and been here many times and unfortunately, service is consistently lacking. I feel like a nuisance rather than a customer, servers dropping off items walking away despite calling after them for water/cutlery, so need to get up to ask. It never bothered me enough until my most recent experience. When I got the bill I noticed they charged me $1 more than what is listed on the menu. When I pointed it to the server she just said it’s a mistake. I didn’t ask her to fix it (she didn’t offer either), I just wanted to leave. It was only a dollar so I wasn’t too annoyed I just suggested to flag it because the next person might not be so understanding. Didn’t seem like she cared at all what I was saying.
I don’t need to be checked on every 10 minutes but I also don’t want to made to feel like a nuisance asking for basic things. Maybe that’s the mood of the restaurant and I just don’t get it.

Comfortable spot inside and out. Very nice pub feel for a brewery. They usually cover a wide range for those looking for lagers, ipas, sours, and usually a dark offering. Food is very good for a brewery. Convenient location.

First time here in about five years. On the positive side: the beer is good and our server did a great job trying to counter the terrible attitude of his manager and coworkers.
We did have a bigger group of friends from a sports team (~15); I messaged ahead to give them a heads up, and let them know we understood it’s first come first served. The group just really wanted to try the place out.
Overall, the vibe was unwelcoming and at points confrontational and rude. Two party members ended up leaving due to a really negative interaction with the manager.
The food is interesting and I appreciate them offering something different than most breweries. Most people enjoyed their food; I had the mushroom flatbread and it was not great. It seemed like I just picked the one bad item off the menu.
Overall: will likely still drink their beer, but will not return based on the service.
Love this brewery. The upscale menu is just so delicious, and you can pair every plate with one of their own delicious beer. Great staff as well and the atmosphere is very cozy, and lot of seating. A great recommendation for food and beer lovers.

I couldn't finish my plate. The mushrooms were good and meaty but the phyllo pastry with walnuts was horrible. The walnuts must have gone rancid. It might just be that I don't have the taste buds to appreciate this. Everything else about this place, the decor, the atmosphere, the service and the drinks were perfect.

Always liked this Flora but wanted to leave a positive comment on the staff. We had some pretty high maintenance people in our party and the staff handled their demands graciously.
