Small place to dine in. But very clean. Service can take a bit of time but worth it for kids.

Vegetarian options: Non that I know of.

Dietary restrictions: A lot of sugar in the foods therefore would not recommend for diabetics.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the options.

Paid 9$ for a “kitkat hot chocolate” was no Kit Kat in sight, just a little bit of whipped cream on the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever tasted, honestly was like they poured 1/4 of a pre-made hot chocolate pack into warm water. Laughable for 9$. Go to Tim hortons instead lol

I don’t usually leave a review unless I am impressed by a place but this time I had to let whoever is in charge to see these ridiculous photos of a waffle I got Saturday afternoon October 26. Me and my man are regulars. He buys me this waffle at least once a week because I love it so much. However this time was a huge disappointment because they messed it up at first (the dough was not well made you can tell it’s missing an ingredient, the consistency was very weird and the whole thing was not edible) we were like it’s okey, it happens. He goes back to them and nicely explaines that, returns the waffle and asks for another one. Whoever helped could care less about what he explained and instead of fixing the dough they just give him another burnt waffle made with the same inedible dough. Burning it did obviously not fix the problem and I don’t want to say that you “lost” a regular customer I hate when people say that but I think it’s sad in general because that used to be my favourite snack in my area but now I don’t feel like going anymore.

Great milkshakes, great flavours and great atmosphere! Love that you get to keep the mason jars that the milkshakes are served in. The prices are fair and they also have non-dairy options on their menu.

Really nice tasting milkshakes. We took pina-colada and mango. Both tasted great. The interior looks pretty cheap and not very clean. But we did not stay inside, so it didn't really matter to us.

Have stopped in at this location for the third time and have not been served. The first time we came was 10:40pm and both other times were 10:45pm. I understand that staff need to clean up at the end of the night but if you are advised that you are open until 11pm then you should be able to serve your customers. Unfortunately won’t be trying to come back to this location for a late night snack again. Disappointed to say the least.

The milkshakes were great and workers were friendly! Unfortunately, they didn’t have water for sale and were unable to give me tap water. The milkshake was great but thick and the toppings were also good but very very filling. Definitely bring your own water or it’ll be hard to finish.
