I went in today for dinner. I ran into an issue where there may have been miscommunication. I was angry, they have more then made up for it. This place is extremely recommended. I cannot state how good the service is (sometimes too good...). I very much appreciate how it was resolved even if I didn't ask for anything in particular. Also, no one is to blame but myself. Please do not reprimand anyone based on what took place. Everyone did the best they could.I would go again 100%. This is a great place, I was not a great person. Thank you for being so nice, polite and forthcoming.

Last night's dining experience featured exceptional food—fresh, delicious, and of great quality. However, the overall enjoyment was dampened by poor customer service and a lack of hospitality. Three different waitresses repeatedly inquired if we were done within 20 minutes, and after an hour, we were asked to leave for a larger reservation. Despite the inconvenience, we opted for takeout to savor our meal at home.We were not informed by the staff beforehand that a large group have a reservation and we were asked to leave after 1hour and 30 minutes.

Dinner out with girlfriends was made more wonderful by excellent food and service. Calamari was cooked to perfection and batter was light. Beet salad was delicious. Pizzas were generous and yummy, enough to enjoy for lunch next day. Tiramisu and Nutella cake were both heavenly and topped off the meal without a crumb remaining! Our server was attentive, without being annoying and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Great to have a selection of mocktails as well as interesting cocktails. The venue is charming and pleasant with warm lighting. Can't wait to go back.

Our dinner was excellent and good value. We were there as we heard Monday night was half price bottle of wine . As it is expensive to eat out anywhere it is well worth it. Our waiter was very attentive, very friendly and polite and cute on top of that. Yes I will go back and I have already told several people about it. My only complaint and it is not really a complaint we both could have used another spoonful or so of our pasta. The Tortellini pasta . We both almost licked our bowls and both commented I would have liked a little bit more.
I took my friend and kids to Fratelli's for her birthday dinner on Sunday evening (one of her favourite restaurants). Reservations made and I totally understand that restaurant was understaffed and fully booked however, food was just mediocre as well as service. Didn't acknowledge birthday (while another table were celebrated). No refill of water, no asking how food was. Again they were run off their feet, but too expensive a dinner to just be so so. I imagine kitchen staff was short staffed as well. Not sure I'd ever return.

We went in for my dad's birthday tonight and everything was outstanding! Our server Nick and the whole team were so friendly and helpful and the food was amazing! We had a little bit of everything, calamari, fried Zucchini (not to be missed - sooo yummy!) Zambuca shrimp (out of this world) pizzas and pasta. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. Topped off by excellent wine recommendations and scrumptious deserts, it was a terrific night!

Another quality and professional meal while entertaining a Client. Julianna was perfection as usual and food was a close second. I even got the experience the oversized pepper mill. Keep up the great work.

The food was delicious and the wine was half off! What's not to like. The restaurant was a bit noisy for my taste, but some folks like it that way. It was quite busy; one of the few restaurants open on a Monday night, holiday weekend.
