Just a wonderful Italian Restaurant that provides fantastic food consistently. We recently met up with a friend here for dinner. It was bustling but the wait staff still offered top notch service. The reason why I gave a low mark for atmosphere is just that it’s loud. Every time I’ve been it’s been loud. That just goes to show you how popular it is! For us and this meeting, it was hard to chat and catch up. Maybe we will have to meet on a less busy day/time. The food is awesome! I’ve never been disappointed. Lots of wonderful choices and just fresh and serving portions are generous. One of my favourite places to dine for sure. Our waitress was lovely and funny. She was also the hostess too and she handled the busy night like a pro.

Delicious food, warm and modern atmosphere. The last time we were here, there was a large post-game crowd so it was very busy, and we had reserved a table (unfortunately we were supposed to be upstairs but they couldn't free up a table - we ended up near the door which was a bit cold). The service was a bit slower than normal but still good considering. The pizza crust is amazing 😍

Fratelli deserves a 5/5 rating all the way! Upon entering the restaurant, we were blown away by the amazing ambience, respectful and kind staff, and our waitress Tanya was incredibly friendly, had great recommendations, and was overall very kind. The appetizers and main courses were absolutely delicious as was the dessert and cocktails. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the Kanata area. Thank you Tanya for going above and beyond for our date lunch out!

Had a friend’s birthday for a table of 10ish this summer. We had a reservation and the restaurant was empty other than a few tables on the patio. We got ignored for over 40 minutes after being sat. We had the long table right by the kitchen… so each time they came to get someone’s food they refused to acknowledge us. We only got seen because my friend got up and got a staff member. Even after ordering food or drinks the follow up service was super slow and given with attitude. Serious customer service training is clearly needed for most if not all staff. Leaving a review late as I didn’t not realize this was an ongoing issue…. However 2 other people I know have experienced the same issues.

Incredible night out from Robert, amazing sense of humor, quick and polite service. Suggesting the cappuccinos really topped off the dinner. Our pasta came out so quick and tasted incredible. We'll be back as much as possible.

I met up with my cousins who highly recommended this place. And it was one of the best meals I've ever had in an Italian restaurant. I ordered the mushroom bacon, prosciutto linguine. Service was prompt. Our waitress was very efficient and we all totally enjoyed our meals! Next time I'm in Ottawa I'm coming back!
Beautiful spot, food seemed fairly good. Was nothing I would rave about. Was good though.
I was shocked a fancy place like this would serve powdered Parmesan instead of real Parmesan though.
I had pasta. Again. Was good. Not great.
If I go back I would try the pizza for sure. Looked great!
Overall I expected a little bit more coming into a place that looks as incredible as it does

I went for lunch, the pizza was so unflavoured. I needed dipping sauce so it’s not so dry. I came with a stroller, they didn’t even have accessible doors and the lady was just looking at me instead of helping me open the doors. The service was terrible. Every time we order something, took them forever to get it and they messed up our order. Overall, it was terrible experience. Paid $120 for 2 pizzas 2 soft drinks and one crème brûlée. Expensive for portions and taste. Never again.

We were visiting from out of town and went for dinner before the hockey game. It was our first time here. Waitress tried really hard and was very pleasant/apologetic. The kitchen really let her down. Food took a very long time and when it did finally come, it was stone cold.
