In terms of taste and freshness, however, Freshii has them all beat by a wide margin. For my latest visit I ordered a Fiesta bowl with added falafel and a drink. When I factored in tax and tip it came to $20. While not cheap, the great taste was absolutely worth the price, as the mix of cilantro, avocado, cheese, and other toppings was delicious.

Katie and Jessie (as well as the other lovely employees whom I don't know their name), are so kind and generous!I've never had a bad experience at this Freshii; they always get my order right, they're fast, efficient, polite, helpful and honest. For example, they'll let you know if they don't have a specific ingredient and offer to replace it with something else you might like - a gesture that's not completely necessary but extremely appreciated. They have your best interest in mind, all the time.I go often enough that they know my "usual", which proves their caring and attentive ears! I can't recommend this Freshii enough. The food is great, but the service is really the cherry on top!

The good? The food from Freshii is both healthy and tasty, and generous in size. It's really nice to have healthy food options for takeout these days. The bad, however: they got the order wrong. Ordered a wrap, and a kale salad with extra dressing. Didn't get the extra dressing, didn't even get the salad. Instead, I was given two wraps. Had they got the order right (which was correct on the receipt) I'd have rated them at 5 stars instead of 3.

Came in today at around 2pm with my friends to get some food. I was going to use the washroom but was stopped by an employee. She said the washroom is for customers only.. I understand - COVID-19, downtown and all that. So I said:- Yes, sure, we're going to eat here, but I need to use the washroom first.- NO you have to buy something first.- My friends are going to order something right now while I'm in there, I'll make my order when I'm done. What's the problem?- Sorry, you have to buy something before using the washroom.- ?It's either the policy itself or the employee read it too literally. I'll let manager/owner to decide. The result is:* 1-star review* 4 people left to eat somewhere else* I'm not coming back.

I always had a great service at that place. Very good meal. Fresh and real food. Anyone who wants to eat healthy can go there. Vegetarian and Vegan could find meal appropriate for them.
This location needs more staff. Long waits and chaotic ordering system. I felt bad for the one young lady working alone. She seemed stressed out dealing with the line on her own. Anybody would...The bowl was okay but was too heavy on peanut sauce and noodles. Very small portions of veg. I think this is the standarized size specified by corporate so I don't blame the individual making the bowlmTbowlm was my first time at freshii so I am not too sure if you usually get different portion sizes, specifically for veg.

Ordered a build your own bowl and it was missing tomatoes and roasted red pepper sauce. Sent a note to the store just a heads up that the bowl was a bummer. Katie Moris was super nice and sent me an email for a free bowl to make up for the missing items. Went in the following week to get the same bowl to rekindle my faith and it was missing Kalamata olives and feta cheese this time. Real bummer, don't think ill be returning but thank you Katie for efforts to make things right, I really appreciated that.
