Very disappointed. I had asked twice (to the cashier and the woman making the salads) to put regular ranch sauce in my cobb salad and not the greak yogurt ranch. There was also a piece of avocado peel left with the sticker on it.

Ordered through skip today and everything was great.I ordered the Oxcana bowl and sadly the brown rice was overcooked ,almost tasted a little burnt.

This place always disappoints. One would expect a restaurant whose menu is based on rice bowls and burrito-filled rice to know how to cook rice! Instead they serve that is both undercooked (or cooked without enough water) and burned. It’s not the first time that I get chunks of burned rice in my bowl. I’ll be trying the new rice bowls at Subway next door.

Salad wasn’t fresh leaves were wilted and not very tasty. Have had good experience at other locations and we went at night this time to this locationEdit/Update: manager contacted us and offered us a makeup meal/credit. Understand places can have bad days but their response was excellent and really impressed with their customer service

Charged me twice by mistake and told me they can't refund it back. They also had a deal, two bowls for 15$ the cashiers never mentioned that to me even though i ordered two bowls. After I paid for the price of each individual bowl (30$ total instead of 15$) she's like yeah sorry I can't do anything.
The food is great but the portions are too small for the price.

I used to go and love it but then they started filling my salad bowls only halfway for the same price (which is already pretty pricey for what I'm getting) and as previous comments suggested, less sauce which made it pretty dry. When i asked about this, they took it back and just shook it some more but didnt add anything, havent gone back since. Thank you for the inquiry though, it's nice to know you're looking for feedback

I love Freshi, however they do NOT put enough dressing on the salads. I paid for extra dressing and they pour little to nothing on the salad. It was so tasteless

Excellent place to grab a healthy meal or snack! I've tried all of their salads and bowls. My favorites include the market salad, metaboost salad, and Mediterranean bowl. Staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend freshii to all of my friends and coworkers.
