Been to this Kanata location at least 5 times and compared to the other locations in Ottawa and surrounding areas this location is not on par with other locations. Food portions only at this location are small and not worth the money. Very disappointing experience.

The menu was misleading. I thought clicking on teriaki chicken plate would give me a teriaki chicken. Looking closely afterward, I realized you actually had to add chicken. I thought it was an add-on and not required. There could be a way of making this more obvious and prevent or at least warn people from accidentally order just rice and vegetables without any meat.

I’ve been going to freshii for years and always order the same bowl (oaxaca bowl) and this was the first time it’s disappointed me. It had zero flavor, chicken was cold and soggy. Avocados were as hard as a rock. My friend ordered the tomato soup, which was watered down. On top of all that, there wasn’t any other customers, yet we were still waiting over 10 minutes. She even forgot to give us the soup until we’d mentioned it. The SINGLE worker there was very nice, but could definitely use more training. Aside from all that, the smoothies actually turned out good. For an almost 50 dollar order, I expect EVERYTHING to turn out good. Thanks

I went in to this store today hoping to get a salad and a drink. i got the salad but was missing two items i requested and one i paid extra for. i didnt get a drink since the worker didn’t ask if i wanted one and just got me to pay. they didn’t have the sauce i wanted and put on another sauce without telling me until later i wish i didnt tip the 20%. also is crazy expensive and not worth it

Multiple times I have visited 15-35 minutes before closing time and been told they are “closed” or won’t serve because they are closing soon.
Friendly staff, amazing food. Will come back again.
Very happy to know that store has reopened with more healthy options for everyone's diet.
Drove on my lunch break to find the store locked and dark at 11:50. No signage as to when it would open. Very disappointing.
