Served my “shrimp taco salad” bowl with frozen shrimp. Inquired about this, stated steamer wasn’t working (which did not tell us that) but served me frozen shrimp anyway. Got a refund on both bowls, horrible service.

This location seems to always be out of ingredients. I like to order from skip the dishes and the order get confirmed, and when I'm on my way, or at the store I get notified that the order was cencelled. Get it together and remove menu items if they are not available. This doesn't seem to happen to other Freshi locations.

I love Freshii and have been to many locations throughout Canada but this location is the WORST. The first time I went to this location I just purchased a ginger shot and a salad and after bringing it home and opening the bag I discovered that the ginger shot had expired a LONGG time ago and had gone bad - when I went to exchange the drink the worker told me that all the other drinks they had in stock had the same expiration date (they were all expired and they were still selling them) The second time I went here I placed an order online for almost $80 and received a call about 30 seconds after from a very confused employee telling me that the manager had supposedly disappeared and that he hadn’t heard from his manager in a week and hadn’t received any new shipments and therefore the store had no ingredients and was not able to fulfil my order - I had asked for a refund a was told that wouldn’t be possible and that I would have to wait a few days for the manager to return in order to receive a refund - after almost a week the store was able to issue a refund however the manager who processed my refund took my phone to look through what I had ordered and was picking his nose at the same time and kept touching my phone with that same hand - very unprofessional and a complete disregard for cleanliness which is appalling for a restaurant that has somehow managed to receive a health certificate. The restaurant also says everywhere that they’re open until 8 but they close the door at 7:30 and rudely refuse service to anyone who tries to come in after (I witnessed this)

I used to love coming to this location. They have restaffed and now the food is awful. The amount are down, the prices are up. They always forgot ingredients, and it doesn't taste good anymore. I used to recommend it to everyone i knew, now I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Your staff need serious training!

Saturday at peak meal time: no beans, no rice, no kale, no romaine, no mixed greens. There’s nothing on the menu they can actually serve you! I doubt they are out of stock on all that, I’m betting the one staff is looking to make closing very quick and easy for himself. We were the only ones here and the food was still extremely slow. Tried charging extra for quinoa even though the reason we had to order quinoa is because there’s no rice! My burrito was a warm dish but was still frozen in the middle.

I had a great experience at Freshii! The food was incredibly tasty, fresh, and full of flavor. I loved the healthy options available, and everything was prepared with care. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Definitely a go-to spot for a delicious and nutritious meal!

Very disappointed the last two times we’ve placed our usual order. The wrap was missing items and the texmex bowl I always get was missing 2 key ingredients. Last time we ever order here. Have tried calling to get things rectified and no one answers the phone.

You definitely pay the price to eat the “healthier” option.

Make sure you watch them make your meal. All three times I’ve been they’ve forgotten an ingredient :(

More than 90% rice, paid extra for meat but if any at all was added couldn't find it. About $20 for rice rolled in a wrap and called a burrito definitely regret going

For sure, it's healthy and delicious, but it's quite expensive. For half the price of one bowl, you can get, e.g., a shawarma wrap.

I used to buy from Freshii a lot but it became expensive so I stopped and I haven't had it for a while. I decided to treat myself today with my regular Mediterranean bowl which I was super excited about. I ordered (and paid for) the chicken at an extra cost, but when I got home there was no chicken on it. I feel like this is a cash grab as I have heard other people have the same experience. Very disappointed and will not be eating here again.

Been to this Kanata location at least 5 times and compared to the other locations in Ottawa and surrounding areas this location is not on par with other locations. Food portions only at this location are small and not worth the money. Very disappointing experience.
