Ordered the lemongrass soup online 2 and a half hours before I was to pickup. Right at pickup time they called and said they don’t have the lemongrass soup and in order to get a refund I’d have to actually drive to the store. So I did. Was not happy. There should be a way to get a refund without having to actually drive to the store to get it, it doesn’t make any sense. Worker said that his manager is away for a couple weeks so there’s no other way around it. Terrible service. On top of that, worker told me to take a photo of the refund receipt as he couldn’t give me a copy as he needed it for his manager. Could he not just print a new one? So strange.
