Thank you to your staff in charge of packing deliveries. I usually order Freshii these days when I have a really bad headache, and I always receive everything I ordered made to perfection. When nothing else works, your Spicy Lemongrass soup always comes through to help relieve pain I am experiencing. Because of how your staff handles everything, I always think of you first when I want to get rid of headache pain. Thanks again.Vegetarian options: There are so many vegetarian options...where do I even start? Freshii is a place you can trust.Dietary restrictions: I used to work at a Freshii several years ago, so I know they go above and beyond for people with dietary restrictions. It's part of the training.

Freshii is a healthy foods chain all across Ottawa. Everything was freshly prepared and the service was prompt. If you are looking for low-carb alternatives to fresh food, freshii is the way to go!

Originally provided a higher rating since got a packed bowl on an earlier visit. But on this visit, the rice noodles in the Buddha Satay bowl were all broken end pieces and the water was not drained properly, so the bottom of the bowl had a puddle of water. Stingy on the sauce on both occasions and the beef was tendon-y and off. Not sure if freshii beef is being used or buying independently..??

Food is good, but the service isn’t that good. I always order ahead of time through the app and I show up when it’s supposed to be ready and it usually still takes 5-10 minutes extra when I ordered 20 ish minutes prior. Not a big deal but it seems like they prioritize the Uber orders and not the ones who order directly off the app as Uber orders are always ready.This is the only location I have this issue with, others are always on time.

Its a bit strange to go to a Freshii and find that they are out of rice. The refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor near the cash and the wait was long. Two staff but one was more interested in cleaning.

Service was extremely slow today. I ordered a rice bowl, and then I decided to get a fruit smoothie. My rice bowl got made in good time, but then I waited over 30 minutes, and my smoothie was still not made, so I asked for a refund on both. Because by then my rice bowl was cold and I didn't want to eat a cold rice bowl. When I ordered my smoothie, I told her that I had already ordered a bowl, so I would have thought that she would have then made my smoothie along with my bowl and not make me wait the cue for my smoothie. I was not impressed. They had a lot of orders, and it looked like they were focusing most of their efforts on online orders and not the in person orders. I overheard another customer say that if his order took too long that he would ask for a refund. I didn't wait to see if his order was fulfilled or not. This was my first time ordering at lunchtime, probably my last time, too.

The staff doesn't know their own ingredients. What a waste of 32 bucks for two salads containing just lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, quinoa, broccoli, cabbage, and corn. No meat, eggs, cheese, or any other vegetables.
